Somewhat disappointed that the game is ready for international release, and we get it 5 days after Australia. Though to be honest, after years and many KH titles being released late, AU deserves an early release, and my feelings are just a false sense of entitlement due to living in NA.

You can play online via Ad hoc Party. It's an application/game you download from PSN. It's free. Basically you start it up, and select which world you want to go to. Say, it has A1-A64, B1-B64, all the way to around world H. Most Dissidia players are in D1. Once you get to a world you want, you click a spot in the world to make a house. name it whatever you want like "Dissidia 012" or your own name so people recognize you. You can also close the room door or make it have a password. You need a PS3 and a wired internet connection to do this.

Saw this coming as soon as I saw the thread title. Personally, I don't really care for Pixar in KH. Just seems off to me. I love Pixar, but not so much in KH.

To be honest, even for a review, a lot of his points were subjective, which is why I am glad he didn't give it an actual score. Also, with a few of his points (Dream dropping, Difficulty, and Freeflow) the game does not force you to spam freeflow, and the games looks almost as it did in BBS. He didn't say directly that the gameplay was boring r not exciting, just stating that freflow abuse is inevitable, when you can just...not abuse freeflow. Also, you can choose the easiest difficulty if you are having problems with bosses. The fact that his only outright complant with the gameplay (aside from lack of Disney companions, which is subjective, but reasonable) was the Dream drop system (that can be remedied with items), the difficulty in some bosses in conjunction with the difficulty (choose the Beginner mode difficulty), and the freeflow system's power (just don't abuse it, I've seen many players do just fine not abusing it and using deck commands) kinda make it seem like he just didn't know how things worked. It's not like there is a leader board for fastest completion and you win 1 million dollars and people are just taking the easy way out by abusing freeflow. Just do a run where you don't abuse it. TL;DR The game gives his complaints options to take care of (for the most part). EDIT: Though I guess...the point of reviews is to be subjective, ehehehe.

I made a mistake it is called Lethal Flame in the game. But to answer your question, I am pretty sure it was supposed to be called Lethal FRAME instead, but the Katakana Translation was messed up. Lethal Frame makes much more sense.

I dislike ignorant people who don't know that the games that have come since KH2 are not only important to the story, but aren't really even hindering the development. Versus XIII is, so they just have to wait.

You get it by leveling up. I spent a while thinking you had to do side quests to get it or something, but it's just level up stuff. EDIT: You get it AT LEVEL 32. Re: CoM only btw.

Anyone else just spam this once they got it? It was cheap, but a hilarious way to beat almost every boss. It's easily take away 1 bar or even a bar and a half for bosses. EDIT: Lethal Flame

This game doesn't have spinoffs really. The only game I'd even potentially consider a spinoff is 358/2 Days, and hardly so. If any of them, I'd say I cared about Vexen the least.

Normally I don't use it, as it messes with me, but I think graphics look better with it on, so probably just during cutscenes, when I'm playing the game in a passive state.

Is it possible to do this? In the console iterations/BBS you could have multiple saves for bosses you wanted to re-do, and with Re:Coded and 358/2 Days you could re-do missions and bosses (The original CoM had only 2 saves per character so no re-doing bosses was difficult). DDD also only has saves, so I was wondering, is it possible to replay bosses? Or better yet, entire episodes?

I believe that your health stays the same, IIRC. Though you can use a cure command for that.

Oh, someone mentioned Avatar The Last Airbender and I wholeheartedly agree. Absolutely great "anime".

A lot of people do not like the Drop system or it's idea for multiple reasons. For one, they are forced to change characters every so often, and if they are in the middle of the boss and they drop, they have to re-do the entire fight over again. It feels restrictive and it may well be that way. However, this solves exactly the problem that there could have been with BBS. In BBS, or Re:Coded, you could always just dodge around until your Cure command reloaded, then hit the boss more, and if you take damage, dodge away, then heal again. The drop system makes it so that it takes a bit more strategy to beat the bosses, since you are on a time budget. Another thing is, there is an item that restores your Drop Gauge anyways.
