  1. Just started a couple hours ago. I'm only about Level 6 right now and my username is "SSjMikito". I need to do a bit more research on how everything works before I go on to do anything besides grinding and story. I also have a copy of 1.5 but I left it at my Mom's house. I need to go pick that up and get my free crap. Also, is there any reason at all to hold on to my extra or duplicate cards or should I just meld them all to buff my current cards? I've got like 6 freaking copies of the same Cid card.
  2. I've already almost beaten Lv1, I just entered End of the World. Sorry to disappoint you but Lv1 is an absolute JOKE in KH1! Basic heartless are a little tough but bosses are laughably easy. Only real bosses you need to worry about are the Cave Guardian and the first fight with Riku in HB. Every other boss either has an exploitable weakness/opening or are completely cheesed with summons. Yeah, something to note, summons and magic are absolutely busted thanks to Zero EXP, both do ridiculous damage at Lv1. Mushu does enough damage to take out Ansem 1 with a single summon gauge. Dumbo is pretty lethal too as your completely invincible while using him. As for magic, aside from Cure, there are 3 spells you will find yourself using a lot. Blizzard, Stop and Aerora/ga. Blizzard is a cost effective field attack. Most enemies die in about 2 or 3 hits from it. Stop is amazing because a couple bosses are vulnerable to it. Most notable being Hook, Giant Ursula and Dragon Maleficent. Finally we have Aero... Once upgraded to Aerora, it inflicts contact damage to enemies. Much like with Mushu, Zero EXP rebalances the damage of Aero and makes it insanely high. It does more damage then you would with your keyblade at the proper level. It kills enemies in Hollow Bastion in about 3 or 4 seconds by simply running into them with the barrier up. Really, as long as you don't slack off on getting optional stuff and have a good idea on how to exploit bosses, this is the EASIEST game to complete on Lv1 in the entire series.
  3. About the 3DS being hacked... Its not needed... You can hack pokemon in other ways and it is 100% possible to do it on a 3DS without any need of an action replay or flash card. I don't know about the smartphone thing but I've used Pokegen in the past. You simply use a program to make all the details and parameters of the pokemon, you upload the file to a website and then it gives you an address code. Whenever you connect your DS/3DS online, it defaults this number to Nintendo's main address so online can work. All you have to do is replace the address with this new one and then enter the Global Trading Center. Instead of connecting to the GTS's trading server, it connects to the Pokegen website where it gives you your pokemon as though someone gave it to you for free. Yes, this does in fact work on a 3DS... I tried it out on Black 2 with my 3DS running on current updates.
  4. Nintendo doesn't realize that most people who go to tournaments cheat anyway but make legal hacked pokemon and there is no way to tell the difference if the person knows how to make them right. And no, that bit about it corrupting the save of the other player's game is a total lie. Unless you have an Action Replay blatantly sticking out of your DS and your using codes that specifically warns you about it, it can never happen.
  5. Days allowed a single accessory to be placed on the grid but the items were pretty strong so allowing more then one would be overpowered. Recoded also had 4 accessory slots. Even though they do not increase stats, they give you passive abilities you could not get on the stat matrix.
  6. I still don't trust them. This is very vague and considering what they have done with the X1's exclusives, I doubt this will have a real impact.
  7. Actually your wrong, both Zantetsuken and Gravity Break can be obtained as low as Lv1. Zantetsuken is obtained by simply beating Kurt Zisa who is a cakewalk at Lv1. Gravity Break is a little more iffy. It requires you to beat the Hercules Cup Time Trial which I am not sure is possible at that low of level since the Time Freeze glitch was patched. They may have anticipated this though. All the cups with the exception of the Phil Cup get extremely nurfed with Zero EXP, even more so then the normally. When I did the Pegasus Cup at Lv1, I tore through it with no effort at all. Heartless were doing so little damage, it would taker about 3 or 4 hits to kill me. These were also the only normal heartless that were actually affected by Sora's Zero EXP damage buff that normally only works for bosses. Here is a list of every ability that is not gained through levels and you can theoretically obtain at that low of level with Zero EXP. Dodge Roll, Combo Plus, Critical Plus, Gravity Break, Zantetsuken, Encounter Up, Tech Plus(x2), Cheer, Sonic Blade, Ars Arcanum, Strike Raid, Ragnarok and Trinity Limit.
  8. Have you ever seen BBS emulated in HD? Its pretty good. Peace Walker was pretty good but it had some faults because it had some blurry textures and low poly models. BBS is probably one of best looking PSP games I have seen and the 2nd best looking KH game beaten out by KH2.
  9. Demyx is weaker. He is a one-trick pony, get rid of his clones and he is pretty much done. Zexion is stronger then people give him credit for. ReCom didn't quite do him justice as his whole strategy was stealing your attacks so you can't use them. He was also underwhelming by the fact that Riku is at his absolute strongest in that fight over any other in the game, seeing how he is in permanent dark mode. You need to look at KH2FM to see what his true power his. Aside from his power stealing, he is a "We will fight in my world!" villain. He can suck his enemies into the book world where he controls everything. He can seal your attacks, create darkness explosions and rain meteors.
  10. Reviving a bit of an old topic. I started Lv1 Proud recently and I have to say that it is freaking EASY! I'm at Monstro right now and only one fight in the entire game killed me more then 2 times, the Tiger Head, and that's only because Bandits suck. Because of Zero EXP's damage scaling, its almost no different then a normal playthrough. You may die in 2 hits but you get 2-shoted on Proud anyway...
  11. I've already Platinumed KHFM and I am extremely close for ReCom but the Level 99 Riku trophy is a total chore. Every couple days I turn it on and grow a few more levels. I'm at Level 75 so far.
  12. Good thing there aren't actually any Dalmatians in Atlantica.
  13. Its nothing major honestly. It can be easily replicated. However, I did encounter one thing off camera. I was doing the bumble rumble game in 100 acres and game softlocked. I played an Ars Arcanum sleight on the exact same frame pooh took the final hit. Not the frame his HP hit 0, the frame he took the final hit. It caused the sleight to stay on-screen when the failed text came up and all control over the game to not work. It was permanently frozen on the screen but the game was still running.
  14. Yeah I know. I used it with Dark Riku's midair spin attack. For some reason, that attack is treated as a finisher.
  15. The glitch video is already up. Its not much. Only thing I can think of is that I somehow screwed up the game's sound channels from constantly entering and exiting the menu. My username is SSj_Mikito In terms of pure difficulty, Re:Com is far easier, however it takes much longer and is much more tedious then KHFM. Getting all cards was relatively easy and I got to Level 99 pretty fast by doing nothing but spamming Megaflare in Destiny Islands. Riku however does not have access to Megaflare or any decent field clear. The best thing he has is Dark Aura.
  16. Standard, I wanted the trophy to come up on the end game screen so I saved the final mix:clear trophy for last. I'm really close to finishing Re:Com too. I'm at about 90% and I am only missing the lower difficulty trophies and Riku's Level 99. I've actually already finished Sora's card index and got him to 99. I was thinking of recording a full video of all the cards. The only one I found on Youtube was on PS2 and used cheats to get all cards. I actually got them legitimately. I also recorded an interesting glitch I encountered while working on the Advanced Card Deck Creator trophy. Easy to replicate too.
  17. Way ahead of you... I'm quite surprised, this was much easier then I expected. I did everything outside the speedrun, no equipment and no deaths on Proud.
  18. I would not recommend taking the sword and dumping shield. Its the most difficult combination to play through with and gives no benefits what-so-ever by end game. Shield at least gives extra item slots and staff gives more MP. All Sword gives is Strength which is completely unnecessary since you can make Power Ups and the Ultima Weapon got a power buff.
  19. They won't fix it. KHFM in 1.5 has the same problem but reversed. The voices are in Japanese and the lips are still synced to the English in KHFM.
  20. Double Posting because edit is broken in my computer. Its confirmed. The DEFINITELY did something to damage output and intake on Level 1. It takes Sephiroth "3 HITS TO KILL SORA ON LEVEL 1!" He also managed to get Kurt Zisa to his second phase in not much longer then it does in a casual run. Cyber, Mikachu and pretty much everyone have claimed that not only is KHFM Level 1 the easiest level 1 in the series, it MIGHT actually be easier then playing the game normally. For bosses at least, normal enemies will smear your bloodied ragdoll of a body over the wall.
  21. So someone tested level 1 by hacking the original KHFM and it seems the full health Second Chance was explicitly added into HD. No matter how good of accessories they got, everything would one-shot them. That and the apparent rubber banding for bosses stats seem to show they knew well and good what they doing when adding Zero EXP.
  22. I've watched some speedruns and here's what I have seen. They usually go for the Sword and choose the level up faster at the start. On beginner you get all those items including one that buffs your EXP gain so that's not a problem. The higher level players tend to do more optimized stuff like getting enough to buy a Haste Gummi when it becomes available. They also set they're internal clock so at the exact time they are supposed to beat Neverland, One of the doors on the clock open with a Power Up(Saw this on SDA and thought it was useful). Normally I would suggest using the staff because you get some great attacks early like Ripple Drive and Hurricane Period and your stats at Level 100 are higher then normal but the sword is better for speedruns. The sword gives you higher attack and early access to Slide Dash and Slapshot.
  23. Don't know if you were watching the whole thing but it wasn't that hard too him. He only had trouble with Pot Centipede, Lock, Shock and Barrel and Oogie 2. Everything else was a cake walk. Not only did they include that full health second chance but the game seems to scale Sora's and the boss's stats according to Sora's level because there is no freaking way he could have killed some of the bosses as fast as he did at level 1. I do have a theory about the bosses work. Each boss is programmed to scale their stats according to Sora's level, BUT those 3 bosses are likely not coded the same. The Pot Centipede is just a bunch of smaller enemies together and normal enemies are not scaled. Lock, Shock and Barrel are just 3 bosses. Fighting 3 enemies who can 2-hit you in a small room would be hard in any of the KH games at level 1. Oogie 2 is the same as centipede. Your not fighting a boss, your killing smaller targets that are not treated as bosses. Also the fact that normal enemies are more annoying then bosses. This is a FACT on level 1. Bosses are always easy to control when you figure them out but enemies are super random and can swarm you. Also, you can get Strike Raid at level 1. Same for the spells. If they are linked to an event, you can get them. Finally, I'd like to get a point across. When I last played KHFM, I was dying JUST as fast as Cyber was. Everything is a 2-hit kill on Proud anyway if you dump the shield. In fact, I still think KH2FM is harder on level 1. On there, you have no room for error what so ever. Have you ever actually beaten KH2FM at level 1 because you don't seem to understand how it works at all...
  24. Actually, I think I figured it out. I'm almost 100% sure the Days keyblades replace the KH2 keyblades. The pics show there are 23 keyblades. I just checked my finished game and there are 23 keys there too. The stats match up well too. Maverick Flare is a re-skinned Hidden Dragon, Midnight Roar is Follow the Wind and Total Eclipse is Monochrome. Two Become One has unique stats however. If I am right, there are 2 more days keyblades not found yet.
  25. Where do the 358/2 keys appear? In the key to rewards or normal calm bounties? I know you have to watch Days at least.
