Hehe. I love it. With the possible new Mewtwo form, I have been seeing the Steps of Pokemon Fan's Negative Reaction to a New Generation in action before my eyes on many sites. So we have step 1: Denial. Most are in this stage right now, considering it hasn't been confirmed by anyone yet, but to me it looks like there's a good chance, considering its been hinted at, and there's supposed to be a big announcement Saturday. But, then again, it could be fake, just saying that it seems real to me. Then we have Step 2: Anger. This mingles with Step 1 often. Many are already angry about the new form whether they think its real or not. Lots of flame wars and butthurt. And next we'll see Step 3: OMGBOYCOTT. If confirmed, You'll see people vowing not to buy the games because they feel Game Freak has betrayed them, and they will try to make everyone they can agree with them. And Lastly, Step 4: Submission. By the time the game is releases, most who cried boycott will have simmered down a bit and will eventually buy the game anyways. Will probably whine and complain about it anyways. Only the hardcore will still refuse. So, yeah. The Four Steps, Fun for all Ages! It can apply to other fandoms too. Srs business folks, srs business. Also, for the record, I'm kinda fond of the supposed new Mewtwo form, if it's real. Can't wait for clearer pictures.

I knew this was fake the moment I saw it. You can't believe anything on this day. But I'm surprised how many people thought it was real. Kind of cruel, IMO. It's like tossing a plastic steak to a pack of starving wolves. I know it's April Fools Day and all, but still... People are starved for information.

I'm waiting it out for the eventual Kingdom hearts release for it. If a special edition console is released for it, I'll get that.

Well, that one went off like a fart in the wind, Square. Other games look great graphically, but its not the kind of stuff I play. Gonna wait and see, but I feel that with Troll-Enix, it's just going to be more and more waiting.

So, the playstation event is tonight. I better not hear one word about the Wonderbook unless they decide to apologize for making it the highlight of their e3 presentation last year.

Got the deluxe set and loving it so far. Can't wait to see what's in store for the future.

Currently posting this from the Wii U browser. I have to say... This browser is excellent. Especially when compared to other console offerings, which are typically laggy and not very user-friendly.

Eh, still, the fact that they churn out so many just had me wondering.

I really need to stop watching Game Grumps now... I wonder how these guys find the time to make all these vids...

When I feel like it, mainly. I could go for months without playing a KH game, but that's because I only focus on one game at a time, and I have lots of games. I'm waiting for KH 1.5 right now. And right before KH3 comes out, I'm going to marathon my way through all of the games. Wonder how fast I can do it...

Hoh-hum. It's typically around a console's release when video gaming politics ramp up. Granted, what people have said here is generally tame. No fights over the whole issue, or at least I haven't seen any. But it's on websites that focus on gaming as a whole where the console wars turn nasty. IGN and GameFAQs is a prime example. It really reminds me of pre-schoolers arguing feverishly over who has the best toy. Throw in the trolls and you've got a bad chemical reaction. Often I wonder what drives people to feel they have to defend the honor of their own favorite console while insulting others and wishing every day for the opposing game companies to fail. The Wii U seems great. As I stated in the other thread, I've already preordered it as well. Most likely will preorder a PS4 as well when that is announced. I'm not an Xbox gamer mainly because Playstation and Nintendo have all the games I want. (Also have a somewhat decent PC for games. Can run Portal 2 at medium specs.) Plus I just don't have time for an extra console's worth of games, yet that does not mean I hate Xbox or anything. So, I hope at least here, the console discussions continue to remain tame. Especially amongst the 20+ year-olds.

Already preordered the Deluxe one with NSMBU and Batman. Now I'm going to have to figure out a way to make $300+ more between now and November 18, since I put down only about $150 total for the games and the hardware.

Played all except KH1 Final Mix, KH2 Final Mix, coded (obviously for an American such as myself) and re:coded. So essentially, I've experienced every game besides (re:)coded. I recently finished 3D, and I'm waiting for an eventual Kingdom Hearts HD collection so I can play through them all again by order of release, in anticipation of the eventual KH3.

Honestly, I'd love to see it multiplatform for Wii U/PS3, considering that the games haves spanned between the Nintendo and Sony platforms. I would buy the Wii U version if it did, considering I'm saving up to buy one at launch, but I also have a PS3 if it was only released for that.

The language that the game was made in usually sounds better, IMO. Japanese games sound better in Japanese, and American and other English language games usually sound better in English. After all, the games were made with that language in mind, so some jokes, puns, etc. that only specific language speakers get don't translate well. But occasionally, you'll find a work with superb localization. Kingdom hearts, of course, is a good example, though it falls short here and there. A really good example isn't exactly a game, but an anime (of course there were a couple of localized games released here based off it) is Fullmetal Alchemist, it's my favorite dub to date.

Ah, the old Celsius vs. Fahrenheit thing. I live in the southeast US, so summer heat and humidity can be quite unforgiving.

Whether the device is, it's bound to be hacked. Even the "unhackable" ps3 was hacked. Vita, 3ds, Wii U, and every other electronic devIce will be fully hacked someday. I don't hack my game consoles, because I think the few game series I play are well worth my money. However, I do like to jailbreak mobile devices... Hell, I'm typing this post on my jailbroken third-gen iPad. =D

"This game made me so angry I wrote an essay about why it made me angry." This made me lol. It's absolutely hilarious how much strife this game creates between its fans. I've played through Final Fantasy XIII myself. Wasn't great, but wasn't that bad either. I've played many games that have elicited that reaction from me. If I don't like a game, I'll know it within the first few hours of playing and simply stop playing.

My dream world is so bizarre it defys description. One dream I can remember and describe was being attacked by velociraptor and losing the upper half of my body. Yet, afterwards I was living a perfectly normal life as just my lower body. I could even see, speak, eat, etc, but I can't remember how I did it. So, yeah... Kinda weird.

Heh. Well, it IS no secret that he's a massive troll. The whole FF7 PS3 "Tech Demo" debacle was his greatest accomplishment.

All this makes me wonder what would happen if a Kingdom Hearts HD collection is released and they decide to add content to the first game where Sora has new recorded lines. They'd be in a fix unless they decided to redo the entire game.
