I guess maybe it was I just didn't like the story. A girl with her brother in a wheel chair, they start to go into this mysterious "quantum garden". Anyways by the end their roles are reversed, her real brother has died, her real parents quite possibly are missing their kids, and it ends with the girl thinking something like "everything's okay." I just can't come to terms with everything being okay. Sure it might be okay for her since she didn't really want the...

Oops I forgot about the character limit... anyways it basically in the end she was trying to fight those who wanted to create their own little world by running off to find her place again to embrace fate. But it randomly fades to her being in a reversal of the start of the book. That's not even close to having accepted fate, that's a different fate entirely. And for some reason that ending just bugs me.
