I know what Sora really is!

OK, I've heard the earlier series was better, unfortunately it starts way back at the dawn of time, and it will require work to find out where to begin. Lame.... ... I was just channeling Demyx. I blame you.

I know what Sora really is!

I've watched the first three episodes of Doctor Who, and you can color me unimpressed. I'm pretty sure the Doctor has ADHD and dispight his vast intelect is really dumb and naive sometimes. And his female side-kick isn't all that interesting either. My question, does it get better? I'm going to watch it all anyways, because it's classic sci-fi, and it ocassionally brings up good points, but doesn't seem to realize it, which makes me sad .

Why Batman Has The Greatest Villians

Batman often fights super-powered individuals, Mr. Freeze (technically it's his suit, but normal people can't freeze things with mounted ice canons) Killer Croc, Clay Face (again his technology gives him powers well beyond that of mortal man), Poison Ivy, Scarecrow, etc. What really makes Batman's vilains so impressive is really the fact that just about all of them are firetrucking insane, and are dark reflections of Batman. Scarecrow and Batman both use fear as a weapon, but Batman uses it as a means to an end, Scarecrow simply seeks to create fear. Riddler has Batman's intelegence (or at least close to it) but seeks to flaunt it Ra's al Ghul has all the training Batman has recieved, with an intelegence on par with the World's Greatest Detective Bane has the power and single-minded focus, to go toe-to-toe with Bruce Wayne, but realizes he doesn't have a chance against Batman, with his superior gadgetry and uses his brain to level the playing field, and then give himself an unecesarily overwhelming victory. And Joker is the ultimate inversion of Batman. Batman is Justice, Joker is Chaos. They understand the power of symbols and fear. Batman has given up his own life (both in death, and in the sense that Bruce Wayne isn't much more than Batman's mask) for the people of Gotham, Joker will sacrafice and manipulate anyone for his own enjoyment. Batman's villains are so powerfull because each one of them is some attribute of himself given form. You know Batman terrorizing the criminals of Gotham is acceptable, but that Scarecrow gassing the entire city isn't. You're forced to consider what the difference is. What if Scarecrow were just to gas a prison? s that better than the times Batman has decieved good people to accomplish his goals?

		TV show recommendation topic

Sorry I got kinda ragey, I don't mind people watching Enterprise, but it isn't Star Trek, it goes out of its way to rewrite everything about every incident from the Vulcans from TOS to the Borg in First Contact. I had recently ad a... discussion with someone who didn't understand Vulcans jumping into bed with every guy they see doesn't make sense when they only mate every 7 years. It's been established in TOS and used in every series until Enterprise came along and decided I wanted my sci-fi filled with scantily clad Vulcan chicks trying to make out with every human, alien, and plant they came across. Kirk wasn't as bad. So yeah, I shouldn't have jumped down your throat, I'm sorry, but you really ought to watch the TOS movies, 2 & 6 are the best IMO.

I know what Sora really is!

Except the people's hearts just go to be imprisoned in the mass called Kingdom Hearts, not really returning. And he killed sentient life-forms, which (from what I understand) is more of the doctor's objection, he thinks life is important not merely what ball of rock you call home and what sequence your genes take.

I know what Sora really is!

Um... the doctor's smart. Or at least knows a lot. Sora... isn't. Also if Sora is a new Doctoral regeneration, then the Doctor has regenerated 14 times.

5 Questions With The Kingdom Hearts Cast

Namine, could you try and be more of your own person, I mean, seriously you consider yourself Kairi's reflection to the point you're paired with Roxas, the character that shares the most with Sora without being Sora, who you also tried to hook up with, by picking apart his memory in order to do so.

		Poor Axel

OK, before this topic gets completely out of hand and into bed, I'd like to say I think Roxas should have decided to become poker buddies with Luxord. They could play poker and the loser had to buy ice cream. Who else endorses this idea?

		Kingdom Hearts: Unknown Fate (Role-play)

Edward: I keyed in my final instructions, I had 10 minutes to do this, so I had to make it convincing but fast. (Sam): I yelled 'Charge!' and went charging headfirst into the swarm, fighting with all my intensity, but not the focus and calm I normally used, but rather in a chaotic emotional whirl.

		Xaldin=Forte?

Gaston is arrogant and thinks he's the best thing since (um, did they have sliced bread when the story takes place?)Forte was all like 'Love is EVIL!' and 'Your affections for Belle will make you weak' and 'Why don't you play with your organ more' So in other words he's a gay Xaldin. Nothing like Gaston.

		Poor Axel

OK, yeah Roxas does seem to have this irritating assumption Xion's in the right, and while it makes some sense, there's time I want to give him a smack. Axel too though, and Xion.

What was the hardest thing for you to do in KH 358/2 Days

Beating the Leechgrave without taking more than three hits. It required a hit-and-run tactic I never use, and took me ages to beat.

		Poor Axel

i'm not making judgement as to whether Roxas' reaction was reasonable, or true. I'm simply saying it's what he thought. He thought Axe;l had betrayed thier friendship, and do wasn't in the mood to go have ice cream with him. But yeah, after a year of hanging out together I'd have thought they'd be more communicative.

		Crush-A-Wish

Granted, but humanity is such a dark thing there was little difference. I wish for this wish to be ignored.

		TV show recommendation topic

Babylon 5. Think of it as DS9, but with more awesome. Also, Enterprise isn't Star Trek. It's terrible fan-fiction written by someone who wasn't able to go 15 seconds into episode one without betraying the franchise.
-

		Poor Axel

Um, as far as he was concerned Axel had betrayed him. If Roxas weren't such a nice person he could have gotten all Monte Cristo on the Organization. That'd be awesome. But yeah, he loses Axel as a friend, and then Xion as a person, he's alone now.

		Recussant Sigil

I understand, but he's able to track Sora because of the X, so now I just picture old Master Xehanort walking around putting sticky notes with Xs on them to tghings and cackling to himself about how he can track them anywhere and anywhen.

So if Vanitas is the Source of all Unversed...

		A) It would have weakened him, they are his 'fledgling emotions' it would take energy and whatnot to summon them, which he couldn't afford to give up with the beating he was being given http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/cool.png He had to fight Ven too, so in other words he would have to create unversed, fight Ven, Aqua, and Mickey, all at the same time C) He wasn't just Vanitas, he was Venitas (see what I did there) in other words, even the improper reuniting of the heartfragments may have stopped him from being able to create Unversed.

		It's because Riku's got everyone's back.

		Xaldin=Forte?

Forte is Xaldin's Heartless. He was trapped by Beast's father, who couldn't figure out how to kill Heartless, and eventually grew sentient, and also soght the destruction of that weakness known as love.

		Naminé/Sora Relations

The Organization wanted as many Keyblades as possible out there, freeing hearts, Namine was thier pawn, and she was going to make Sora hers. Marluxia and Larxene tried to manipulate Sora into getting rid of the Organization, it failed, and the only way to get Sora (1 Keyblade wielder) back would be to get rid of Roxas and Xion (2 Keyblade wielders) so once he was asleep it wasn't a concern.
