  1. Probably X Heart points, beat the game, beat it on proud/critical, synthesize all items, etc. Not super exciting stuff, just working your way up to 100%.
  2. He's not a part of Sora, he held a part of Sora, the difference is like me saying I am a series of books, and I have some of the books. Sora is incomplete unless he can regain the memories that are attracted to Roxas, but his existence is independent of those memories, Sora's past is not Roxas'. Roxas has no past.Xion is similar, but more complicated, but she still is a person, merely one who holds part of Sora's identity. Sora existed before Roxas, Roxas is not some alternate personlality that now gets to express itself, he is a person. And Nobodies aren't supposed to exist, but as a violation of Yen Sid's understanding of reality. In-game people are comprised of three parts, heart, soul, and body. The body is a mere vessel, if it loses heart or soul, it should not be capable of continuing to function. He's saying they shouldn't exist any more than a car should be drivable without an engine. The problem is they do exist, and it makes no sense. He is NOT saying their existence is a blight upon nature, and it is his job to see them wiped out entirely. That is DiZ's job, and I would see him burn for it. All I'm saying is there is such a thing as sentient rights, a sentient life-form (which the Nobodies are) has rights innate to itself, the natural human rights of the Enlightenment. Being a lifeform is insufficient grounds, many parasites are alive, and I do not believe there is a moral objection to killing them, and humans or even humanoids is too confining. Nobodies can think, reason, plan, identify self, etc. They are sentient, merely without hearts and inexplicable by the laws of Kingdom Hearts Universe. They are naturally impossible, not naturally evil.
  3. No. The amount of incorrectness in your statement is staggering. When Axel says 'I' he means the person who was once Lea. When Roxas says 'I' he means the person with a connection to Sora, but with his own sense of self, he is not Sora, he came from Sora. Similarly with Xion.
  4. Edmond: I don't remember giving you any right to tell me what to do. And while I would love to give you an in-depth explanation as to why you don't antagonize your betters, I can hardly discard this disguise so readily. (Sam): D-don't do anything to me, I was just curious. RIKU! Help!
  5. Edmond: I've made it to Ansem's old computer system, and have downloaded the files onto my disk, information about every person to visit Radiant Garden, worlds they've been to, things they've seen, access codes to the Hollow Bastion defense system and a highly capable security program is contained on it. Now I just need a way to explain my disapearance to Riku, shouldn't be to hard, and my Ship will be able to pick me up. I head out, looking for Riku.
  6. So Ven is a part of Sora now too? You are, to put it most politely, excessively wrong. Delusional if I may, and your analogy to Lea displays a fundamental failure to grasp the most basic principles of identity and sense of self.
  7. I claim that Nobodies aren't inherently evil, and that from Sora's position of ignorance he had no right to judge them. Also Darkness doesn't mean evilness, case in point Riku's use of Darkness.
  8. Edmond: ... Idiot. (Sam): I stared wide-eyed. 'Do you mind if I go explore the old castle grounds, I've heard there's a place Sora fought 5000 heartless!
  9. I have no idea what Luxord's somebody was like, for all we know he could have been almost completely dark-hearted.
  10. I know playing the rhythm game from BBS leaves me craving duck. I freaking hate it.
  11. Sora, do you still think it was a good idea to kill the Nobodies now that you know they had hearts? Kairi, are you planning on doing something soon? Luxord, can I have an explanation as to what the bloody smeg was going on with that boss battle? Namine, could you try some assertiveness exercises? I mean, you define yourself as a shade of Kairi, with the only purpose to existence being helping Sora. Xaldin, what happened to you? Dilan was a decent person, but you can't go 5 minutes without going into a monologue about the evils of love Jimminy Cricket. you're fired, we've had three games that would be either entirely different, or completely unnecessary if you could keep track of your journals. You. Are. Terrible. DiZ, *bang* you're lucky I let it be something so quick and relatively painless Xehanort, I understand you see people as less important than your X-Blade, but considering you've been on this track for a good 30 years and all you have to show for it is two failed Kingdom Hearts, 6 new Keyblade wielders you didn't intend for, and your closest ally being Xigbar, might it be time to take up another, more successful hobby?
  12. High quality movies, generally directed towards children, and in my opinion, getting worse. Epic Mickey is an exception, but insufficient grounds to get into what seems to be a sprawling overly complicated plot.
  13. I can sympathize, I wouldn't expect something impressive from Disney, the Key is that KH isn't Disney, it's Square Enix using Disney, and it makes no more sense to assume this game is poor due to its use of Disney characters as a medium than for any other, radio, television, novella, etc.
  14. Besides Xehanort, did the other 5 disciples that turned into Heartless disappear? Nomura: Not really disappear, but more like they’re somewhere else as normal Heartless. Xehanort was about the only one who was able to keep a human form. Ergo, Saix, Axel, Demyx, Luxord, Marluxia, and Larxene could be boss level heartless. Furthermore he's defining normal as non human form. That includes every heartless, as we are talking human, not humanoid.
  15. *How much freedom can we expect to choose our future worlds* Edmond: Soultakers? I wonder what they do? *sarcasm* Farming Grounds, unknown world, sounds rural, unlikely to have anything useful, even less likely to have effective security. Radiant Garden, full of useful items, primarily it's unique computer system, and the data stored on it. With Riku with me I should have a good explanation as to my presence. It shouldn't take long to copy it, although I won't have any ability to access the 'data world'. Traverse Town: Even with Mickey there I doubt I'll be able to take anything from Mickey, and I doubt I could acquire the Metal Hummi from two accomplished Keyblade wielders without betraying myself to these people. (Sam): I opened my eyes wide. 'Radiant Garden. I've heard it's a city of light, with some of the best fighters ever, it's like the most important world ever! Riku, Riku can I go with you!' I jumped several times, and then stopped, sort of crouching, 'I mean, I'd like to go with Riku, if nobody minds.'
  16. Technically he said that most of the Organization didn't have enough darkness to become anything awesome (not an exact translation) This means we can have a few bosses, and my rage is more directed towards the idea that Luxord becoming a mushroom WHICH CAN't DO ANYTHING let alone time or gambling related. I concede the improbability of Luxord being the Phantom, byt it makes more sense than anything else.
  17. Lord Vetinari disagrees. But I agree with the rest of your statement.
  18. Luxord, Demyx, and Namine, our three most important characters in the games. They'll all be Keyblade wielders, and they will bring down the New Organization. Then there will be much rejoicing. No, this is not serious, but the general idea is, do you think we'll have a new Trinity of Heroes, or will it stay along the Terra, Ven, Aqua Sora, Riku, Kairi Axel(Lea), Roxas, Xion lines, and will we have a trinity of villains introduced in KHIII (the closest we've had is CoM, where it only appears to be the case?
  19. I was going more for irritated, with an excess of pretension, but with Luxord being my favorite character, and being massively under represented in the games, I think he at least deserves better than the Heartless that drops mystery goo if you make it happy.
  20. Only in Days, and because Xemnas and Saix are arses, and now that he's back, it's quite likely Namine can extract her, Roxas' and Ventus' hearts without grabbing Sora's memories. And if not, we are trading three Keyblade wielders for one, being emotionless, that's still a pretty good exchange rate.
  21. Doesn't fit Xehanort's style, he's more for having him dance to his tune and messing with his head. An actual maze is just... odd.
  22. I don't object to people whining about KHIII taking a long time, if they agree that the plot points adressed in ALL the games are important, personally I think CoM and Coded could have been turned into cutscenes, and didn't need a full game, but that the plot would be infinitely more confusing (and after the 3Ds time travel situation and all the stages of Xehanort, that's impressive) We'd go from Sora saves the world, to this Roxas person merges with Sora, who apparently has been in n egg for a year, and then fights these people who can't tell Sora and Roxas look nothing alike, and then Sora is friends with Riku again, rescuing all these total strangers, while fighting this old guy who doesn't realize we've got Keyblade wielders all over the place (my interpretation of the events in KH III)
  23. I refute you outlandish claim with every fiber of my being. Luxord is the Phantom, and the idea that he's KH's Magic Mushroom is preposterous, and I invite you, sir or madam, to jump off a cliff! The very idea is insulting and degrading, with not even a sliver of reason or logic.
  24. Well if you're going for symbolic, consider this Terra & Armor: lost, but easily found, (hint look for the thing that's trying to kill you) Aqua & Armor: Lost, not entirely sure where they are, but can't be too hard to find Ventus & Armor: Combined with Sora, and helping save him from the Darkness That being said, I don't think it's symbolic, and one can draw paralles all over this series because it has a fair bit of redundency, friends being driven apart, trinities, secrets, etc.
  25. Just have to say real quick, I was 15 when i started KH (I started dealing with video games later in life) so I can't claim much excitement over teaming up with Tarzan, or Donald Duck, or any other Disney character. That being said, you might understand why I'm neutral on Deep Jungle, it was a world, it took me a while to navigate it well, but I liked sliding on trees. My biggest complaint is its conspicuous absence from CoM and Coded. I would hope it's in 1.5, just because that would be so clearly missing, even worse than in the other games. It didn't do anything grand or the story, aside from remind us Sora's still really looking for Riku and Kairi, but he shouldn't drive.
