Considering I can't even do any RPs with the character yet... Yep, pretty much longer.

I didn't like the opera sequence as much as most other people, but it was still really good.

Also,am I the only one who actually likes Gau,that little jungle boy is cute and I liked his interactions with Sabin

 

Not only that,Gau can be really useful if you spent enough time grinding Rage attacks for him in Veldt

I like him, but I didn't have the time to go and get all of his Rages on my first playthrough. I want to try to do a 100% playthrough next time, though.
