Problem is if they didn't approve this indies won't stop bitching about "Grrr Nintendo doesn't support indies" even though they supported them more than the other two heck Nintendo's indie event was just a week ago.

Because people like to find any stupid miniscule thing to bitch about just to ruin everyone's experience...seriously the DLC is much better than what I expected

@Dragon I've seen a few people say that most of the tracks are really disappointing, and when it was first announced, a lot of people were against it. I agree with what you said. I don't use any of the new characters either, but they're still cool to have in (I'm not a fan of the Master Cycle, though. I don't like the bikes with that type of drifting.) Can't wait until Villager is playable, though, and I'm hoping for Kirby and Captain Falcon to join soon.

@Smash True. I agree that it was better, too. I thought it would be amazing, but the DLC was absolutely fantastic. I'm really excited for the second pack to be released.
