External drives aren't as fast as internal SATA and will cause the emulator to slow down and/or trash the recordings due to the slow write speeds.

My bad if this is in the wrong section. But hey guys, I recently started an LP of Kingdom Hearts II and I thought this community would be interested in it. What makes this different than the dozens of other LP's already out there, you say? Well, it's being done in full, 1080p, with texture filtering and other pretty effects making it look even better. You might be thinking, "The PS2 version I used to play didn't look that bad," and you're right, it didn't. But the LPs of it are all in awful quality compared to mine, so I really think you guys would enjoy it. But don't take my word for it, compare them yourself: Another LP: My LP: You can really see the difference in fullscreen, although it is noticeable in the regular player.
