DangWell, I just can't be in a packed theatre. Too many people, some people have no control over their kids, others don't put their phones on silent and all that jazz. Really annoying.

That possibility certainly exists. However, Disney villains haven't really been important to the main plot, with the exception of Maleficent. Others like Jafar only contributed in the first game. Still, seeing another Disney villain be important to the plot would be nice. Especially with Mother Grothel's backstory, it would make things interesting.
