Pretty much, but it's just so exciting and surreal that KH3 is being classified by almost all the majorly known classification boards. PEGI seems to have not given it a classification yet. -

Having the same team responsible for porting the previous games would be easier and far more efficient. It's really difficult to understand someone else's code. It's why KH2 had the most problems when it was ported to PS3 and 4, compared to the other games, as the rest were developed by Osaka (remember KH1 had to be done again to some extent).

First, this set is just a more convenient way to purchase the two collections and at a good price too. Heck, they probably have an excess of discs and decided to bundle them together to make it easier to sell. It's extremely useful for people who are interested in the franchise, especially if they just got their PS4. Second, porting is a huge process. It takes a lot of time and effort and there will be a lot of tweaks that need to be done to get it working on a different platform. A lot of money is involved too. Like you said, Nomura's priority is finishing KH3. After that, he'll be focusing on FFVIIR and if possible, he will manage any possible ports of the games and maybe even additional content to be released later down the line.
