I really don't understand what's wrong with my Chat System: my Chat Bar is long gone, sometime it comes back for a few days and then it disappears again.. Anyone else have this problem? Cause I have this feeling that I am the only freaking one

Looks like notifications bug is not the only one :\ I can't reply statuses if not directly from the profile of the person who posted the status, and when I click post it looks like the reply hasn't been added but it actually has been, same if I post a status..and when I reply to a thread, it gives me a server error even though if I manually go to check the thread my replay has been added..is it like that for you too guys? :\
