I have a theory that Dr. Albert Wily is Dr.Wiel in MmZero. Making him the cause of the whole conflict in the series. Does anyone have anything that conflicts this or even proves it to be true. Or even question.

No mega evolutions and as for the other regions only exception will be if one of it's forms are in Kanto. But you can't find it in the foreign form in the wild. You have to breed or evolve on accident or something for your character wouldn't know about that form. Your accepted.
