I play and write music. It calms me listening to things I've created and Playing my instruments also releases stress. Building legos and doing some digital programming and design also helps.

@IINGBTT Yeah... you're right, I remember that my friend told me that too... but they got the idea any way. But having sex is the most common way of passing it, just saying.
