Meksis: Hold your horses, who said anything about killing Henry? I've known this man but for a moment, yet it strikes me as odd...

- Meksis, The Chaperone, Armour of Light - Kilkis Seres - While he was friends with his fellow living armour, Meksis couldn't help but roll his eyes internally at the antics of Maxis, attempting to set up a fight between him and Henry, the hybrid from the World Below. Maxis was quite enthusiastic about this, having a few clones shoving the unresistant Chaperone towards Henry, the latter being given a sword by Maxis prior to all of this and everything seeming to go his way. Unfortunately for Maxis, everything came to a halt when Jynn, Son of Shiva, took his blade out and threatened Maxis, ordering him to cease this madness. Luckily for Jynn, Maxis relented quickly, though Meksis knew that if this were a particularly bad day for Maxis, taking away his entertainment would have been...violent, to say the least, especially if Jynn were not a nobleman. At the end of all the ruckus, Meksis simply shrugged and spoke aloud to Henry. "On the one hand, I would never have killed you, Henry. Unless you gave me reason to. I would have gladly participated in a spar with you, because...well, to be honest; I could have used the warm-up." Meksis mused, a tinge of disappointment in his otherwise calm tone. "But, it is what it is." He concluded before stepping towards Prince Jynn and giving a light bow to the man, who while seemed to be preoccupied, Meksis was interested in knowing more about this man. "Excuse me, I know we've gotten off on the wrong foot here, but I have reason to believe you are a nobleman. You handled the situation very well...forgive me, I didn't catch your name. I am Meksis, a Living Armour like my friend Maxis there. Some call me "The Chaperone". And you are?" Meksis quaintly introduced himself, remaining formal with his arms behind his back. - Soren Monroe, Loyalty Wavering - Raiden's Villa, Mystras - To say Soren was uncertain would be the monumental understatement of this century. The demonic fey seemed to stare into the middle distance, rubbing his face from his cheeks to his lips, a hand on his hip and pacing around. This, Lord Raiden, had been in talks with Queen Shiva...now he just, wanted the Humans to comply with her wishes? Soren didn't hate Shiva, but he did not believe in compromising ones ideals, especially if they have been followed and their fruits formulated for years, for such simple reasons...unless, there was something more to this? What didn't he know about Raiden, aside from everything? It was during these thoughts that Soren further questioned his decision to come here. He had to distract himself from these thoughts, lest he end up wandering the plains without reason or purpose and quickly turned his head to a nearby conversation between a few people: Arthur, Curvis and Midnea. Taking a few moments to compose himself, Soren then walked up to them as they ate breakfast, taking a seat in a free chair and straighten up his upper clothing, clearing his throat as well. "Hello there." Soren simply said as he sat down. "My name is Soren. Are, any of you here Humans from the World Below? My attention is usually far better than I'm demonstrating here, but my thoughts have preoccupied me much as of late." He continued in a straightforward manner, all the while picking up a particularly large Apple of a deep red colour, polishing it and taking a bite after his finished talking. "Eat an apple, it'll make you look like even more of an asshole." *DING*

You know, it's a good thing this is a slower paced RP, otherwise I'd be absolutely firetrucked, mates. ...that being said, things have calmed down now so, I gotta post for my characters. Mainly Meksis and Soren. Nergal: Ohh, I'm hurt. Uh-huh.

Good day, fleshy mammals! I've committed something that my younger self would consider a crime! I bought the Call of Duty: infinite Warfare Legacy Edition Bundle. I really enjoy both games. I used to despise Call of Duty. I need to read and post in Overworld. I hope Meksis and Henry can still spar. I am a little teapot, short and stout.

Despite his currently wavering Loyalty, meaning he's uncertain, Henry would have brought a tear to old Soren's eye with that speech. Also, screw that guard in particular.

It was certainly one of the faster RPs with some of the best growth. When the OP/GM disappears and their promises are broken, it doesn't bode well usually. We have no control what goes on in your life and I don't hold anything against you. We'll see where it goes from here. I hope we can still do something here, we had something good. (Plus, right now my only RP is Overworld and while that's awesome, I need more. )
