No problem. I'll keep digging. Try deleting everything in the Nintendo 3DS folder (put it aside on your PC if you still want it - it hosts all your data, game updates, etc.)

It's okay, you didn't know. Getting custom firmware is really really good, but it's easy to mess up if you don't know what you're doing.

I'm not sure that you know why you're doing this... Alright, let's brainstorm. Try taking your SD card out of your DS, then opening the browser, then putting it back in.
