It's simple. The goal is to keep raising your level higher and higher. There's 7 different kinds of enemies. Someone Posts an Enemy. It can be anyone from the categories below. You can name them if you want or make them a specific character. Doesn't matter. They don't attack. You can only post a new enemy when the current one is defeated. The person who posts the enemy can also do the first attack if they want to. They don't have to though. This is turned based so naturally no one goes twice in row. Everyone beats the enemy down. The person who does the finishing blow gains the experience points. (Hint: you may want to start off with stronger enemies first and then post weaker ones to keep others from catching up to you.) If you could somehow snap your fingers, click your heels, wish or clap your hands together to many any Kingdom Hearts character appear in our world, What would you do with them? The only rule is that they can do their special magic and powers but we can't and we are bound to the normal rules of our world. Would you have them do your chores or go shopping? Would you take them to a dance? Would you play Kingdom Hearts with them? The possibilities are nearly endless! I would bring Old Xehanort into this world. I would have him recite my threats when I'm trying to return something to the store and the cashier won't accept it . I can imagine it now. He would say "Do not fret lower status employee of the system. There are many routes that I can choose to take to return that which I have mistankenly attained. I could summon the powers of Darkness to consume your heart and cause a massive rampage beyond your comprehension of your establishment. The pain would be so great that that your eyes will bleed black with fear before you even realize that you are knocking on Deaths' door." Then the Cashier will stand there with frozen fear struck face and the only sound you'd hear is the register opening and the sound of paper being counted. Good job Xehanort. Another job well done. Let's go to bank next is talk to them about that late fee.

You're not alone. Well somewhat. Kair's voice in Kingdom Hearts I had a lot more energy because she's younger but at the same time, the way she read her lines at time were weird. Like she would fluxuate her voice around all the time. Go back to Kingdom Hearts I and listen to the scene where her and Sora are talking about the boat and worlds on the Island before they leave. He just went through Puberty even more since Kingdom Hearts. Though like Sora96 said, his voice had changed before then. Although I like Hailey, I hate him for going through puberty so fast.

As much as we ALL love Kingdom Hearts. It has its flaws. Some charming and hilarious. Other's terrible and awkward. In this case I'm speaking about the Voice acting. While at times there are indeed endearing moments in the series enough to jerk a few tears from your eye sockets no matter how manly you are, it can be hard to take seriously when the lines are butchered or lack emotion. Some voice actors seem like they have more potentinal than what they've shown and others simply fall through. While I don't want to simply flat out insult any of them, because they tried, I will say that there are some that are just terrible. That's not an insult but the truth. We all have our own opinions so let's try not to go overboard and attack anyone. My favorite character is Aqua. However I didn't like her voice too much. I mean, I can understand Aqua's personality. She's more of a girl that's focused on what she needs to do and is very reserved. She has strong emotions for both Ven and Terra but she shows it in subtlety where her emotions don't go overboard. With the exception of something bad happening to them. So I understand Aqua being soft spoken but firm but I was really disappointed with Aqua. She could have been far better. So anyway, who are some of the worst voice actors in the series? Who are some voice actors that you felt weren't terrible but could have done better? Who would you replace them with? What are some of the bad voice acting moments from the voice actors that you consider good voice actors? Obviously you don't have to answer all of these. Just pick and choose. Give your reasonings and defend your voice actor with all your might!!!

Hmm. I'm not sure how they would hanlde them, however I hope they're not overpowered like they were in Kingdom Hearts 2. I think they should keep the same drive forms but tweak them a little bit to require more skill to use them and make it more challenging rather than for them to be overpowered button mashers.

Nomura replacing Sora is like Nintendo replacing Mario. Sure Sora may take a small break from time to time like he did in between Kingdom Hearts II and Dream Drop Distance, just like how Mario took a break and Luigi and Yoshi would get a few games. It's as simple as that.

I don't think there's any way where she WOULDN'T be playable. The last full console game was on the PS2. Kingdom Hearts 3 is going to be on the PS4 so that's like a bajillion times the power capabilities. Plus Nomura is adding larger arenas and a freeform kinda thing. What I'm getting at is not only will Kairi be playable but I think her along with Terra, Aqua, Ventus etc will ALL be playable at some point even if it's not as major parts. You need more characters to fill the giant arena. Having only Sora and Riku as playable is like having a 60 mansions attached together but having one person living in them.

At first they would only put critical modes on the Final Mix games which was too bad because I wanted to challenge myself more. I think that they will include critical.

Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep Final Mix by far. It has the best form and different types of gameplay mechanices out of all the other games in my opinion. It was a close call though because I love Dream Drop Distances Drop mechanic. Annoying at first but you get used to it and learn to love it.

I'm kind of 50/50 on this. I would rather wait a while and see a game in top form and condition then to see it rushed beyond belief and lose quality. However at the same time, this is a business and it is harsh. Especially anything dealing in entertainment industry. There is always a risk and pressure when it comes to trying to please somebody to by entertaining them. Anythime you're in that field, expectations are always going to go above and beyond because in the long run, people are paying their money to be entertained. I don't really follow all that Nomura is busy with so I don't know the reasons or details for why the game has taken so long. But as far as I'm concerned, it's almost like wine that's being fermented and aged. Comes with the quality. 10 years is a long time though...

I usually always have the main character at the top but in this case it's: 1.Aqua - She's friggin beautiful and hella powerful 2.Old Man Xehanort - He's such a crafty villain that acts as if nothing can touch him. He's always highly prepared. 3. Sora of course - Sure out of all the characters he has the least complexity but sometimes you can't beat simplism.

To be honest, I think that they aren't in the story simply because Nomura wasn't trying to place a focus or emphasis on their heartless. They were there mainly to add to the mystery of the plot and of course some of them be apart of Xehanort's plan. My memory's a little foggy but I didn't think you had to be evil to have a heartless. After all a heartless is just someone who's heart was stolen or lost. Usually a shadow heartless and dusk are created but a special nobody is created when they are strong willed like people from the Organization XIII. So if they were special high ranking nobodies, then certainly they should have heartless that are at least of boss standards.

My answer is going to be the same as most. I didn't mind it all that much. I think that some people felt it interfered with the flow of the gameplay. The controls were a tad bit annoying but tolerable. I just wish they would have given hime more exciting animations in his dolphin form to make attacking enemies a little more visually exciting. Sora is more sluggish in Kingdom Hearts 1 and to put those underwater kind of made it feel even more slow and slightly dull. With the 2nd, I didn't hate it but I would have rather it have been a regular wolrd than what it was. Instead they made it like a Winnie the Pooh kinda thing.

Kingdom Hearts - Hollow Bastion by far. That's the world that got me into the series. Kingdom Hearts Com/Re:Com - Castle Oblivion. It was where you learn about Organization XIII members the most. (I think most people will say this since it's the only new thing) Kingdom Hearts 2 - Hmm. This one's kinda hard. I liked The World That Never was but only the first part which is in the city. Other than that I'd say the Castle of Rememberance (Even though it's not it's own world it's a part of Hollow Bastion) Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days - Neverland. It's the only world to me that seems out in the open and vast. Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep - Hmm. It's a tie between Neverland and Castle of Dreams (Fond memories of Aqua ) Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded - Once again it's Hollow Bastion. Meeting up with Donald and Goofy was like seeing old friends you hadn't seen in while. Which in reality you haven't. Not since Kingdom Hearts 2. Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance - I liked a lot of worlds from this one. It's too hard to choose but it's a tie between The Grid and The Symphony of Sorcery.

Ah yes...Kingdom Hearts...The game that I have so much love for with reasons I don't understand. Then I learned that I DO understand. It's just that it's so simple that I missed it. I simply loved playing it. I don't remember the exact year but the first Kingdom Hearts had been out for a while. I think it was in 2005 a few months before Kingdom Hearts II came out. I was a Senior in High School I believe. I had just arrived at my cousin's house and I was placing my bags down. I looked on his tv and saw him playing something weird. I saw some weird looking kid on the screen and the The Beast from Beauty and the Beast. There that strangely attracted me to the screen. 1.) The way "level" looked 2.) The music 3.) My cousin usually plays sports games so it must have been something interesting. In case you're wondering, the "level" was Hollow Bastion. I asked him if I could try for a little bit and I had no idea what was going on. I played for maybe five minutes. Unfortunately, I think that's all I managed to play at his house. I don't remember too well. So I asked him if I could borrow it and he said yes. I got home and started a brand new game. The beginning of the game instantly drew me in. The theming, the slightly dark undertones and the mystery of it all. The voice acting was kind of corny to me at the time haha. Never the less I began to play. I had never experienced anything like it before. I couldn't describe it. I played for countless hours loving every minute of it. I finally beat the game that I didn't want to end. Then when it got to the end, I didn't understand if it was the true end or not. I was perplexed that is until... I got to see the little teaser for Kingdom Hearts II. I was like "Wow! A sequel?" "Yes! More, More More!!". I started to Google information about Kingdom Hearts II and found this website. I saw that this was the "go to" place for all information about Kingdom Hearts. It was here that I saw a different and longer trailer from the "Final Mix" version which I didn't know what that was at the time. Of course the only time I would come was to see if new information was posted. I didn't really explore the site and would stay briefly and leave if I didn't find anything. Little did I know, that later would turn out to be a big mistake that ruined my experience with sequel I had been highly anticipating. Until the release, I was replaying Kingdom Hearts on Harder modes and challenging myself. Trying to find and learn things I didn't know before. Listening to the soundtrack etc. Then the time finally came...Unfortunately, I couldn't get it when I first came out so I hadda wait a little bit. I got the game and began playing it. I loved the opening and it seemed like it was revealing a lot of what was going to happen in the game. I was like "Wow! So many things are going to be explained now!" However as I played, things only got more and more confusing. Something had apparently happened after the first game and I thought "Oh they're probably going to explain what happened" I thought that was a weird way to introduce the new story to the game. I finally get to the end of the game and still understand so little. I beat it and I'm like ??? Then one day while I was looking for tips and hints for Kingdom Hearts 2 That's when I saw it...The most devastating thing that happened to me... THERE WAS ANOTHER Kingdom Hearts GAME THAT I FREAKIN MISSED!!! I don't exactly remember how long after the release of the second game I found out but I think it had been a while. I also don't remember how I found out. I think that becaue I heard about a Re:CoM remake being made with the Final Mix+ version. I looked at the release date of the game and I couldn't believe it...No wonder I didn't understand anything. I didn't know there was a game for the Game Boy Advance. You would think with me being on the internet that I would see it but I wasn't as active on the internet back then as I am now. So I played that game, LOVED IT! beat it and finally felt complete. From that point on I was much more careful and have continued to be a big fan since then. It is now 2014. I haven't played Kingdom Hearts in a while. The most recent was Dream Drop Distance earlier this year. I haven't lost interest, I just haven't had time. However I'm kind of glad I haven't because I can prepare for a huge marathon where I play the game every game and take my time this time through and not rush through things. Anyway that's how it all happened. I'm sorry for the super long story but I type a lot lol. I hope it didn't get too boring and off track . Kingdom Hearts!!

YES I KNOW THAT IT'S REDUNDANT WHICH IS WHY I AM ATTEMPTING TO END IT WITH FOOD FOR THOUGHT Now it's time for the big finale folks! Kingdom Hearts/Star Wars/Marvel First off, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jason. I am brand new to these forums and joined today. To be completely honest, I am unsure of how much I will participate in these forums. Never the less, I am glad that I can at least participate in this. Second, I would like to make a formal apology to you all. Even though I don't use forums often, I've learned forum ettiquete. This breaks one of those ettiquetes which is posting something that has been talked about. However this isn't simply a "Do you think it should or shouldn't?" kind of post. I've searched through these forums and found and skimmed through several posts already debating this. I see no point in asking anymore seeing as how we know there are people for it, against it or have mixed feelings. Third, my view is "against" but that's not really full point. I don't intend to hurt anyone's thoughts, feelings or opinions. What you like is what you like. So let's just all have a good time . Oh and I may seem a little over the top but hey, things are more fun when they are overly dramatic. Adds to the fun and the atmosphere. Sorry if it drags on. What I want to speak about is having a line and preserving that line to keep certain boundaries in place. So let's get the obvious stuff out the way. We've all seen the disputing points for both sides. "It wouldn't fit or feel like Kingdom Hearts", "Star Wars and Kingdom Hearts are both about light and darkness", "Marvel is also about fighting enimes for the common good". Feeling Before I dive right in. Let's have a few flashbacks shall we? What are some things that we like as a children? I'm sure you can think of a few things. This is where the difference between people begins. As we grew and time went on, some of the things we knew and loved changed. Many of us hated these changes because it ruined our chance of nostalgia for remembering the things we loved for what they were. In a sense it warps our childhood feelings. whereas there are some that welcome these changes. They see them as something new and keep them as part of themselves. Lol ok, that's enough of me attempting to be philosophical now . Lines Borders and Icons Everything that we like has these. It's what brings definition to what something is. The stronger the line, the stronger the definition. The weaker the line, the harder it is to tell something apart that made it special. How do you define Disney? How do yu define Square Enix? How do you define other things? It's not something that's easily described. When we see it, we know. It's how we can tell when something is out of place when foreign elements enter in. Defining these things are supported by the icons we have in our minds. An icon so definitive that not even time can change it. When have you ever seen Disney change it's trademark "Mickey Mouse Ears" to anything else? Never right? Why? Because we all recognize it. It's part of who they are. Now if that icon were to change, then what would that mean? Is it still Disney? Is it the same? Will the feeling change? who knows. Even though there are things that don't change, time can still alter it over time. Think of a few other icons that have definitive traits. Sonic, Mario, Nintendo, Pokemon and many more that I strangely can't think about. Needless to say all of them have went through some form of change or alteration, but for the most part, they are the same (except sonic haha). They still have the things that make them, them. Of course there have been times where they did things that was "out of character" and what not but nothing major. Iconic Giants There are times where icons can grow so large, there isn't anyone that doesn't know about them. I'm talking of course about the two heavyweights in question right now. Yes, Star Wars and Marvel. There's no need to even explain why they are so giant. Along with Disney, they also have the most powerful asset under their belt. Time. They have all been around for ages. Each one having it's own special traits and what not. They each have a unique style that is special only to them and no one else. They are their own thing. Crossing The Line and Borders We all know that when two things are very similar, the line can seem a little more thin when comparing it's relation to something else. For example, DC Universe and Marvel. Most hardcore fans of either of these two will disagree because they know more of the fine points between the two. However for the most part we can say that those are at least in the same category of theming right? Everything has good and evil. Hell Lord of the Rings has good and Evil. That doesn't mean it would go well with Marvel because the theming and styles are completely different whereas DC and Marvel can cross because they are in that same field. Usually when pitting things together, it's due to specific similarities, not just general ones. The best way I can explain this is imagine if it was completely up to a businessman that knows nothing about the gaming audience to make games. Another one would be a grand parent that's trying to buy a game for their grandchild. They don't know anything about gaming. They just lump all games together as games and games are fun and kids will like them. However we all know our what our fine-tuned specifics are. Addressing the debates Star Wars and Marvel So finally let's cut to the chase. Marvel is it's own thing. Star Wars is it's own thing. Disney is it's own thing, Square Enix is it's own thing. Each one carefully created and built from the ground up with it's own goals and purposes in mind. Each created by a different mind, with different personalities, so on and so forth. To be honest, I can actually imagine Sora and the gang helping Luke because in reality. Star Wars IS about Light and Dark. However I don't think that blending two giants like that is a good idea. Why? Because I think in order to keep lines drawn and definitive. Not only that. Since both Star Wars and Marvel are so iconic, they would be too much of a distraction. Or I should say, they would overshadow Kingdom Hearts. Sometimes you should be more selective or exclusive when adding things. It's nothing more to it than that. What if Disney starts to own other things like Capcom, Pokemon and what not and Tetsuya wanted to add them (Which I know he woulnd't lol) then it won't be what it used to be. Kingdom Hearts will have lost what defined it. It was a rare phenomenon what Disney and Square Enix did. The way I view it, it's Disney with an anime feel. Disney Additions and Originals Let's tackle another one. Tron and Pirates of the Caribbean and others of the sort. Now I'm not saying just because something originated from Disney, means that it should be in Disney. Hell, that would mean all the cartoon and real life shows on the Disney channel would have a good chance of getting in. Have fun seeing "The Sweet Life of Zack and Codey" in Kingdom Hearts . Tron was a classic movie and the new Tron was simply added because of the times. I for one felt it was unnecessary but it didn't bother me. Same with Pirates. They were they new thing at the time. The difference with those is that they weren't there own thing like the other big giant icons I mentioned before. Were they popular and a big hit? Sure? Even though neither one felt like Disney, it wasn't like they were some difinitive thing that would have a huge impact. Not A Free For All Kingdom Hearts shouldn't be some kind of game where we just add in whoever we like as if it were some kind of free for all or fantasy draft. This isn't Super Smash Bros. Even then they are selective with the characters they include into their games. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of other things that people would like to see added in to Kingdom Hearts that are not even apart of Marvel and Star Wars. I can imagine certain anime being apart of Kingdom Hearts because they are similar or have some of the same traits. However I know that these traits similarities are taylored for a different style. Kingdom Hearts In conclusion, Kingdom Hearts came this far having it's own unique style. Year down the line, I want to remember Kingdom Hearts as Kingdom Hearts. I'm not saying that what you feel is right or wrong because we all have different feelings thoughts and views so we're not going to be able to picture things the same way. One thing we can all agree on is that we love Kingdom Hearts for what it is and what it has been for the past 10 plus years. It's such a basic and simple concept that draws out our innermost child back to the days of our youth. Everything changes with time, but this is one thing I want to stay the same. Thank you. Hi guys. Brand spankin' new starting today! Please forgive me if this is not the right place to post this. I was hesitant to do this because I didn't know if this was considered a "Douche" move by asking for Skype members in the introductory thread but I honedstly thought it was ok. So if this is wrong please let me know. My name is Jason. I wanted to make a Kingdom Hearts Skype group and so I did! I love the series a lot and have for the past decade or so. So I wanted to talk with other people who love it too. Oh and just because this is a Kingdom Hearts Skype doesn't mean it's the only thing that we're limited to talk about. We can talk about whatever but just keep the basic rules. Be respectful and all that good stuff. There are already a whopping TWO people in the group! lol. Me and Someone else.
