Yeah it's good as double EV production means that when farming certain pokes that give you EV stats, the additional stat points your poke will receive will double. Basically it cuts the time in half for your Poke to max out of their stats with EV points.

It's a virus your pokes in-game can catch where their EV production gets doubled. It also spreads to other pokes in your party but not the PC box I believe?

Divine Rose and Moogle of Glory are the only ones really relevant at the moment. Olympia is really good but is gonna be totally replaced by the Lionheart so theres no real point to invest in that. I would highly recommend not using Starlight. True me, I made a mistake by upgrading it to +25. Now Olympia and Divine Rose is carrying me through the HSC.
