Is it worth it to upgrade Starlight?
So, Adamantite quests are becoming harder now and I'm trying to figure out the best way to use my ore. Is it worth it to use any on the Starlight? I dont typically use the starlight, but I use the other 5 (MoG isnt strong enough yet) pretty frequently. Should I just use all my adamantite ore (including the ones I get from the Starlight quests) on the keyblades I use or is it worth my while to use some of them on Starlight?

What I think will happen (as of now)
I think they definitely need to follow the same formula when it comes to showing us whats to come. They did a great job of it in previous games. -Fight Xemnas (Mysterious Figure) in KH1FM -Visit Twilight Town in KHCoM -Fight Lingering Will (Terra) in the Badlands in KH2FM -Fight Young Xehanort in KHBBS I think this would be a terrific opportunity to not only show off a new villain with a secret fight, but also have it take place in a new hub world

Power Rangers (2017 Movie) Official Teaser Trailer – ‘Discover The Power’
I think it looks pretty awesome. Cant wait to see what the Zords look like. I like the direction they went though. It seems very dark, which seems to be a big selling point these days.

Mickey a party member in 0.2?
Hey all! Hows it goin? Im surprised I haven't seen a topic on this yet, but it was something that I've been pondering. You you think that Mickey will be a party member when he meets Aqua? I sorta have a hard time believing he will only be present for a cutscene or two. I think this would be a great way for Nomura to show off what he was talking about when it comes to increased AI independence with party members, it would give Mickey more screen time and would open up the gameplay. I thought this might be a possibility when looking at the Cover Art. I see Aqua and Mickey standing together, and I know it could just be because they meet up with each other, but I get the sense of more of an Adventure when I see the two of them standing there. Maybe Mickey helps Aqua through the 3rd World we haven't seen and possibly Aqua helps Mickey Find the Kingdom Key D. Its a theory of mine that the Kingdom Key D is being guarded by that massive onslaught of Darksides we saw in the second trailer, perhaps in that fight Aqua is helping Mickey defeat the Darksides to obtain the Kingdom Key D, and it doesn't show him in the trailer because Nomura didn't want this spoiled. I think this would be awesome and I'm pretty sure I'm correct. What do you guys think?

I feel like things are getting better
Does anyone else have this feeling? We seem to have gotten a lot of new content lately, and while things still are unbalanced and we all want the elusive Mickey & Brooms medals I still feel better about this game than I did 2 weeks ago. Dont get me wrong, I'm not trying to say that they are listening to us finally, because I dont believe they are, but I feel like I am finally having fun with this game again. Does anyone else get this feeling or is it just me?

Making Stuff Up?
I think people blow this way out of proportion. When KH3 come out, we will have had 10 titles (counting 0.2 and Chi) in the KH series. Thats a lot of information to have right at the beginning. Im sure that he made most of it up as he went along, but thats not necessarily a bad thing. For example, he could have had the idea of "Riku inherited his keyblade from someone" in KH1, but not necessarily have said "Riku inherited his keyblade from a boy named Terra, and heres Terras back story". I dont really see this series as Nomura just making things up as he goes along. I see it more of him expanding on ideas he already had as well as adding new things that people would like. People say Xions existence and Axel getting a keyblade is just fan service. So What? He's making a video game. His whole career is fan service. My point is I think that when people complain about this, they are just complaining for the sake of it. Its not that big of a problem, its actually pretty great

Whats the significance of "Dealing a hit with no attributes"?
ok, so to recap (Using BC Mickey as example): -no nerf against magic type enemies, but no buff against speed type enemies -able to buff strength but not power based strength -great for coliseum events, especially when there are groups having different attributes -more useful in adamantite challenges and events -ignores enemies defense buffs sounds pretty legit. did I cover it all?
-
Whats the significance of "Dealing a hit with no attributes"?
oh ok I didn't think about the colliseum. Thanks!
-
Whats the significance of "Dealing a hit with no attributes"?
huh, interesting. So theres no real benefit to having a medal like black coat mickey on the treasure trove or olympia other than the stat boost and possibly helping you out of a jam if youre going against a magic enemy?
-
Whats the significance of "Dealing a hit with no attributes"?
I never really understood this. I know Black Coat Mickey has this ability, so does the new Jack Medal. Whats the deal with this? Can someone explain this?

Birth By Sleep made me hate the Keyblade Master title
I do agree with you on the huge gap in difficulty between Terra and Aquas Mark of Mastery Exam and Riku and Soras Exam. Its Crazy! However, I have always believed that both exams hold the same amount of merit, and here's why: In DDD, Sora and Riku are told to forget everything they know about the keyblade and start over anew. Obviously, this isn't meant to be taken literally, but its a good starting point for the game. Unfortunately, this means that Yen Sid is basically throwing out everything they had done before that point and judging them on a clean slate, while giving them proper training. This seems fair because, as a Master, he still needs to make sure that they show the mark rather than just handing it to them. They have proven themselves and still have more to prove. In BBS, you have 2 young wielders who have been receiving the proper training from years from one of the most respected Masters ever. Eraqus had the benefit of seeing them grow and gain strength. His training, in itself, was also a part of the exam (my opinion), even though you are supposed to cast that aside at the time of the formal exam. I believe he knew enough about his young pupils to be able to have them just spar with each other, defeat balls of light, reveal truths, etc. to name them both Master with this exam. Until Terra went all emo and such. Eraqus felt confident enough in Terra and Aqua to give them this test. Yen Sid didn't know enough about Sora and Riku because even Sora and Riku didn't know enough about themselves. Riku was still battling with the darkness inside of him and Sora still had a lot to prove about his strength. Though none of this is actually stated in the game and this is all just speculation on my part, you can take it for what its worth. BBS is my favorite game of the series so I have thought a lot about this exact thing and this is what I've come up with, and I dont really think its too far off.

So What Will You Play First?
Recently I've been playing through the whole series with my best friend, he had never played Kingdom Hearts before and now he loves it! We are playing through Re:Coded right now so the next step will be DDD when it comes out, Then we'll be caught up and we can experience the new stuff together. Def gonna be off of this website for a couple weeks so there are no spoilers. I'll go DDD --> BBS 0.2 ---> Back Cover

Willa Holland's Voice Acting in the Trailer
I think it'l sound fine when we play the game. We don't really know much about the context of her lines. For all we know, there could be 4 or 5 lines in between the 2 lines we saw from Aqua and The Mirror Shadow which could help her tone make more sense. I don't think its really too much to worry about right now, My opinion tho, it sounded amazing

Does The New Trailer Silence Nay-Sayers?
After the last trailer we heard a lot of worries about the character models. A lot of people seemed to be under the impression that they wouldnt look any better and it was already a huge disappointment to some. Ill admit, Terra didnt look great, but I knew it would be fixed. Everything looks amazing in the trailer! They seemed to have fixed whatever lighting problem that was giving them a shiny plastic look. Have people changed their outlook on 0.2 BBS based off of this trailer? Do people still have problems with the character models?

Kingdom Hearts 3: Final Mix. Will It Happen?
I feel like people dont understand that this^ is more what my question was aiming toward. Im not asking if there will be patches or DLC. When I said "Final Mix" I meant a complete game that is only released in Japan while the rest of us gets a different version thats only 80-85% of the game. Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix had a lot more content in it than KH2 Vanilla that we received. Im more asking do you think it will be a possibility that Japan receives the complete version while we have a less complete copy. History says Yes, but it doesnt necessarily mean it will happen, I just think theyve given us no indication that it wont happen

Kingdom Hearts 3: Final Mix. Will It Happen?
I dont necessarily disagree with what you are saying, but I am far less optimistic. Don't get me wrong, I hope you are 100% correct, but I felt like releasing the Final Mix versions in 1.5 and 2.5 were such a huge step in the right direction when it came to how they viewed their international audience, only to take a massive step back with they way they've handled KHUX and it makes me worry about how much content we could possibly miss out on due to their favoritism toward their Japanese Audience. That being said, you make really good points and have given me doubt (a little) that this might happen. They have had many opportunities to fix these problems in KHUX and if Tai Yasue is telling the truth that they listen to their fans, that just means they hear us but are ignoring us. But back on topic. This game is under a huge microscope because of how long we've been teased, you're right, but will any of that matter since they know we will buy the game regardless of content? I just have a bad feeling about it am preparing myself to be disappointed. I hope I'm wrong, but its so difficult to tell until they come out and tell us that there will be no content taken out of the international versions

Kingdom Hearts 3: Final Mix. Will It Happen?
This is a question I (and a lot of us) have had for quite some time now and I wanted to know what you guys thought about this possibility. For me, the answer is YES, without a doubt in my mind. Before, I had hope that all of us would be able to experience the game in its entirety when KH3 releases, but after seeing how much SE is willing to pander to their Japanese audience with KHUX, those hopes went down the toilet. In my mind, they wont give us the whole game at first, since they could re-release it a few years after KH3 releases and make more money off of us. What do you guys think? Do you believe it will happen? If it does, how would you feel about it? Me, I would be incredibly disappointed Please Be Excited

Where SE NA went wrong with KHUχ
The way I see it, there are 3 basic things that should change for the NAUX version to make it similar to the japanese version, or as I like to call it, "Unchained X: Final Mix" 1) Log in Bonus can stay the same, but add permanent daily jewel quests. As of right now, UX:FM receives 1400 more jewels than NAUX in a 5 day span and that is too much. They could easily make their fanbase happy over here by lowering that number to 400. Still not fair, but its the least they can do and its good enough. Also, I'm tired of them adding it for 6 days then saying "Look at this great gift we gave you!". Its a slap in the face 2) Lessen required pulls in Epic Carnivals to get the premier medal. Right now, in the International version, its 10 pulls. In UX:FM, its only 5 pulls 3) Mickey and Brooms, obviously. I was lucky enough to pull 2 Illustrated Clouds and 2 Illustrated Sora and Pals medals and I'm free to play, but those orbs aren't going to fill up, possibly ever, especially with them adding new medals every week. Its been more than long enough. I understand that the longer they hold them, the more money they make, but this game is becoming less fun by the day. Im gonna throw in a bonus one for those of you who stuck around and read my whole piece. 4) There is no reason to make avatar boards cost 3000 Jewels. Everyone should agree with this one. They're CLOTHES!... Not only that, but clothes that come with useless medals that nobody uses. You guys getting good use out of that Illustrated Cid? Neither am I. And on top of that, they're FREE in UX:FM. You wont give them to us for free, but buying the weekly 3000 Jewels should get us both avatar boards. Agree or disagree, don't care. This game was fun for me in the beginning, then became a slap in the face at this point. I've always known they saw us as second rate compared to their precious Japanese gamers, this only confirms it Please Be Excited
