yeah mostly just changes to dialogue or some changes to compress the story into these more bite size segments really, nothing major like remake trilogy has done

Nomura got lucky with Frozen cos he saw an early look at it prior to release and had 6 years between its release and 3's release to secure and make it for 3. He would not have that with Ares as 4 began production long before Ares did

and the script could have changed during filming etc

I doubt the movie will appear in 4 given filming only began in 2024. Nomura surely had to have all the worlds he wanted locked down well before then

Most of Ares plot takes place in the real world compared to the Grids we see in it, while all of the prior Tron worlds took place inside datascapes

99% sure Revelation will be the same ending. The entire whisper bs will just explain why the lifestream and aerith suddently appear in the ending
