Square Enix has announced that pre-orders are now live for a new figure of Kingdom Hearts III Sora, featuring him in the FORM-ISM ACT line. Currently available for pre-order from the Square Enix Japan store and AmiAmi, the figure costs ¥13,200 and is scheduled to ship on January 30, 2027. This newly sculpted figure also enables various avenues of posing with multiple faces and hand parts. My theory is that the actual black box is Sora. Since Sora has the sleeping memories of Ventus he has the data for all the people Master of Masters sacrificed. The Master of Masters is in Quadratum. Black box presumably can't get to Quadratum, and Sora has the same color scheme as the black box. I think the black box is a red herring.
