The original Final Fantasy VII had notable side quests involving Chocobo breeding to unlock ultimate materia and items. With how you're approaching the open world, how are you redesigning those quests for something like the Knights of the Round summon materia? Naoki Hamaguchi: I don't want to spoil too much, but there was the Gilgamesh content in Rebirth. How Knights of the Round plays out in Revelation is going to feel similar to how Gilgamesh was treated in Rebirth. Knights of the Round is going to have its own dedicated storyline, split into multiple pieces. Cloud and the party will follow that story as they engage with the summon materia. That's all I can say for now.
