Im trying to fight Data Demyx's waterc clones but everytime I try to drive to Wisdom form i kept going on to antiform. What should I do?

If you look up a KH2 strategy guide, you'll find that there is a hidden calculator that determines how often Anti Form will pop up. Usually an over-reliance on drive forms will eventually result in activating Anti form instead. Unless you've memorized the "Anti counter" (the invisible counter that determines whether you'll transform into Anti or not) and it's conditions thouroughly and you've been keeping track of every time you've used a drive form, it's kind of impossible to know for sure when you will reliably turn into Anti form or not. The best you can have is an educated guess based on past experiences and usually gut feelings. I find that for some reason Anti form activates more easily when you're fighting against the Absent Silhouettes, and certain conditions like fighting during a boss battle or transforming while a party member is unconscious also adds "points" to the "Anti counter", making Anti Form that much easier to activate at some point in the future. The new Keyblade, Two Become One, has a rather unique support ability called Light & Darkness, where while you are wielding it, your chances for transforming into either Anti or Final Form are much greater, at the expense of having far less likelyhood of transforming into the other 3 forms. Once you transform into Final Form once and keep it however, it pretty much becomes a guaranteed way to activate Anti Form almost any time you want. Also of note is that transforming into Final Form pretty much either resets the Anti counter or reduces it a great deal.

 

Anyway, with all that in mind, my advice would be to maybe take a break from drive forms for a bit, or rather if you're at a point where all you can do is transform into Anti form when you want to do Wisdom, just go fight some Heartless, activate Anti Form, then go into the boss battle and try using it again. Anti Form usually doesn't activate twice in a row, again, unless you are in one of those special circumstances where you're either fighting the Absent Silhouettes or are using the Two Become One Keyblade. You pretty much just have to make it so you can safely flush Anti Form out of your system so you can get back to all the other forms having a fair chance of activating.

Before the fight go into Final Form. That will decrease your Anti Points.

Final = -10

Get new Form = reset to 0

 

MULTIPLIERS:

Scripted fights: x2

Fights with non-party allies: x0

Armored Xemnas: x10

 

PERCENTAGE:

0-5: 0%

6-10: 10%

11+: 25%

 

Yes, the KH2 guide we got from Brady Games does have slightly different numbers, but I believe (along with many others) that this was changed in KH2FM, likely due to the introduction of Limit Form.

Well human, I suggest following the advice these other humans gave you! Sounds like pretty solid advice, if you ask me!

 

But no matter how much you may try to run away from the darkness, it'll always get to you! So you shouldn't run away from it! Instead, you should embrace it! Things are a lot more fun on the dark side! Take it from me, kid!

 

But, if you're one of those people who's scared by darkness, then like I said, the advice these other humans above me gave you should work!

the simplest way you can avoid getting anti form is to use whether form you want to use before you enter a battle since Anti form only activates during battles.

As Other posters have said, Had better use Final Form, the other way is not use any forms for safety

Final Form

While I was fighting Demyx and was about to use a drive form wisdom and Final form and master form got locked. The only drive forms i can use were Valor and Limit form. Dont know why they are locked.... And my drive gauge was at max 8

You cannot use Valor Form if Goofy is KO'd.

You cannot use Wisdom Form if Donald is KO'd.

You cannot use Master or Final Form if either of your two party members are KO'd.

 

If you can only access Valor and Limit, then it's because Donald was KO'd.
