EDIT: Why are people in the comments presuming this about L and Light for all we know these are entirely different characters and a new plot. i think it's been stated that these are in fact the same characters from the anime/manga, although Light Yagami is now Light Turner. the story is probably similar as well, most likely just an adaption on the original. whatever the case i'll definitely check it out just to see how it is. and to hear Willem Dafoe ham it up lol

March 25, 20178 yr ... Has no one in Hollywood learned their lesson after Dragon Ball Evolution? <.< I'm not really too whoop-dee-doo for this film. How will this film be able to encapsulate the plot of the anime, which lasted for about 47 Episodes? I find it hard to believe that this film will do the anime justice. Egh.
