Sora's and Roxas's Dive to the Heart connected to Strelitzia? Ventus's DTTH connected to Lauriam?

Posted

After watching a few KH2 and BBS LPs i've noticed a very small detail that could provide a hint towards Strelitzia's possible return. Well not that as a return so to say, just that she could be connected to Sora in some way. Now if you look closely at Sora's and Roxas's Dive to the Heart (specifically the very end of both of the opening cut scenes) you'll notice a flock of pure white birds flying off in the distance. I believe those birds are doves (correct me if I'm wrong) but you should consider what this could symbolize. Strelitzia means bird of paradise right? Could this show some sort of connection between Strelitzia and Sora? And not only that if you look at Ventus's station of awakening right after Ventus and Vanitas's merged voices say "Open the Door" it's not a flock of birds this time but pure white "flowers" flying in the distance. Could these flowers be referring to Lauriam in some way? And considering how they are "White" and not red, could this symbolize at BBS's point in the timeline Lauriam may possibly have been a good guy at that point? (if he was running about that is). I feel like if the next Union Cross update shows that Lauriam has "White" flowers instead of his red cherry blossoms that there has to be some meaning behind the colors considering red cherry blossom's represent death.

I'm aggree with you but... you're wrong. Only in a few part actually. Xion was an idea in KH2FM (there is ONLY ONE cutscene that link with her, but she was an idea, in fact in the same year of the release of KH2FM they announce Days, Coded and BBS) and Ven was an idea in KH1, and what are the evidence? The tutorial voice who speak with Sora in the dive to the heart and who speak with him just before you open the door to the final battle, in fact Sora said that he heard a familiar voice... so in KH1 was already chosen the fact that Sora have another heart apart from Kairi's.

P.s. sorry for my terrible english...

The voice in the tutorial of KH1 is King Mickey's voice.

Well, considering that we see her heart flying away and her body disappearing, she didn't die. Rather, the situation would be just like:

  • Master Eraqus before the Land of Departure's destruction.
  • Master Xehanort once he uses Terra as a vessel.
  • Sora after releasing Kairi's heart from within him.
  • That one guy in Traverse Town.
  • Ansem the Wise's apprentices.

In all the cases I mentioned above, somebody lost their heart and their bodies disappeared, just like Strelitzia. So, she's not dead. As stated in the Secret Ansem Reports, losing your heart is not the result of death, nor does it lead to death. The soul leaving the body is the result of death.

Quote from Secret Ansem Report 4:

Three elements combine to create life: a heart, a soul, and a body.

But what of the soul and body left behind when the heart is lost?

When the soul leaves the body, its vessel, life gives way to death, but what about when the heart leaves?

A being does not perish when its heart leaves its body. The heart alone disappears into the darkness.

The heart is white though, just like all the hearts from the kids who fought in the Keyblade War. Typically across the series when someone "loses their heart," it's a red heart. I think this distinction of color might be important. It might be what shows the difference between just simply "losing your heart" and death. I think that it's possible that when you die, your heart is freed and goes somewhere. Maybe an afterlife or something. Maybe Kingdom Hearts. Maybe it's meant to be kept vague. So, when you "lose your heart" it's red, which means it's still full of life, and just simply gets turned into a Heartless. But, when you die, your body fades away without turning into a Nobody and your heart is white and goes off somewhere, never to return again. The heart leaving its body when you die wouldn't be the cause of death, as stated in the Secret Ansem's Reports, it'd just be a byproduct. And it'd be a different kind of "losing your heart" than when you lose your heart and become a Heartless/Nobody. Who know though, this is only speculation. This can only be confirmed if the concept of death is ever actually talked about in KH (or by Nomura) and cleared up completely or if in the future next few KH games, we never see Strelitzia return.

Except we've already seen a Keyblade left behind after someone disappeared and didn't die:

"These lifeless keys used to be full of power." The Keyblades in the Keyblade Graveyard no longer have any power. They're just hunks of metal. Because their wielders have died. Which is why Xehanort was able to essentially wield all of them and throw them around without having tons of hearts within himself. When Eraqus was destroyed, he didn't die. His heart was able to take refuge within Terra. Which is why his Keyblade isn't lifeless. It's still full of power.

Then explain this cutscene. Is this not what really happened?

Those aren't hearts I'm pretty sure. Look at them closely. They're just particle effects of light and rocks.

Nomura does not have it all that easy.

It would be strange to finally get rid of a character with such a remarkable appearance in two weeks.

I think Strelitzia will manifest itself in one form or another.

I know a lot of people think she's dead for good, but I don't believe that. That hooded figure in the most recent KHuX art definitely resembles a female...I wouldn't be surprised if lore-wise, Strelitzia is the first recorded/known Nobody.

I actually find this a very intrestring idea of Strelizia being the first nobody! I also agree that the hooded person is Strelizia, you can clearly see red hair under the hood.

Or it's Kairi.
