It was awesome seeing Ray talk about his role as the Master Of Masters! I kinda figured that mystery is what the direction was proposed to him, since any kind of info or context of any KH character could lead to potential spoilers, which Nomura doesn't want leaking out! So that's understandable!

 

Also, was I looking at the video wrong, or was Ray cosplaying as Noctis?

We are talking about the cast of MoM, the master who is himself considered a mystery and it would be of no surprise for his voice actor to be mysterious and barely give any interesting information either
