Definitely the sacrifice and the scene with the Tadaki video.
Both had me on the verge of tears.

    I love the scene when Hiro tells Baymax to straight up kill Professor Callaghan. It's so intense and heartbreaking to see Hiro freaking out as Baymax turned into a killer robot, gahh I love it so much ^-^

    Definitely, the training montage, seeing all the characters showcasing their abilities for the first time was very entertaining.

    Baymax sacrificing himself gets me. That is my favorite scene. It kind of is a moment like in HD3D when an empty vessel grows a heart.
