Personality: Childish yet with a strong sense of duty, he rather spend his time playing video games or reading books in the peace and quiet of his room than to go out training or having to talk to strangers. He's usually quiet, only talkative with his friends or master. Once warmed up, however, he can end up being quite the chatterbox. He is rather childish, easily distracted and annoyed rather easily when things don't go his way. He takes his duty of being a Keyblade wielder very seriously.
Bio: Born in the planet of Anova. Training under master Mickey, Saros showed to be a prodigy of his own right despite his preference to laziness, going as far as to passing the Mark of Mastery at the age of 17. He made two good friends, his only friends for that matter, and the only ones he worries and cares about. After the worlds fell into chaos because of Xavier, Mickey suggested to join his friends in a search for answers before it all fell apart. Saros would prefer a vacation, but saving the universe could also be fun. At least, he was with his friends.

“Isolation?” Saros sat at the top of the stairs, listening to the conversation between the authorities and his parents. “Yes. This is…beyond what we can predict. Not to mention we have no experts to confirm or deny our theories. We fear he might not be able to control his powers and end up hurting himself or others. Or worse, this power might end up influencing others in a bad way. It could be in a good way, but we can’t assure that. Until we can find a way to help him, we insist for him to be isolated from others, for the safety of everyone.” The man said, causing Saros to begin to shake at the thought. “He will be educated and taken care of. We just need to make sure he does not influence badly. You must understand.” Saros didn’t stay any longer, running up to his room. He locked the door and pressed his back against it, before slowly sliding to the floor as his body trembled in fear. He would be taken away, separated from his family, and alone.

The room was as minimalistic as it could be, providing only the essentials plus a few luxuries, such as a tv and game consoles. There was a window, but it led to nowhere. Instead it had a screen behind it, allowing it to simulate different weather and views, though never real. All followed the color scheme of white, white and white, even the door, which blended seemingly with the wall. Saros sat on the sofa, watching TV until the display suddenly changed to demonstrate the logo of the institution. “Saros Borealis, you have a visitor. This visit is not optional.” The TV spoke. Saros blinked, sitting up. He hadn’t had a visitor in a very long while. 2 1\2 years to be exact. “Visitor incoming. Remain seated.” The TV warned. Moments later the door slid open, two figures stepping in as the door closed just as quickly behind them. “Saros. We have someone we want you to meet.” The man said, his white coat revealing his status as a doctor. The other person…wasn’t even human. “This is his majesty and keyblade master, King Mickey.” The doctor said. Saros blinked. “You don’t look like much of a king.” “Saros!” The King smiled, stepping forward. “Nice to meet you, Saros.” The King said, offering his hand. He watched as Saros cautiously shook his hand, before quickly recoiling his hand back. “How long have you been here?” “1,361 days.” The King glanced at the doctor. “Due to his… unpredictable development, it was best to isolate him to prevent him influencing those around him out of calculations.” The doctor quickly explained. The King nodded, looking at Saros again. “They say you can do something special. Can you show me?” The king asked. Saros hesitated, glancing at the doctor and then back at the king. He took a deep breath before extending his hand, summoning his keyblade even as he recoiled as he did so. All his life he was scolded for this. His entire life changed for this…thing. “That is a keyblade. Do you know what a keyblade is, Saros?” “The embodiment of light, twilight, dawn and darkness in the shape of a tool that is able to unlock anything and everything. It is the only thing that can permanently kill a Heartless.” “Do you know how one gains a keyblade?” Saros shook his head. “One must prove themselves to be worthy of it, and in many cases, the keyblade chooses you. You have been chosen by the keyblade.” The king explained. Saros glared at the blade in his hand. “Is that why it won’t leave even when I throw it away?” Saros asked. “Correct. It means that it saw something inside of you. That your heart is strong, and were chosen for something greater.” The king explained. Saros stared. “Greater?” “Yes. I do believe so. Don’t you?” Saros looked down. How could something that had brought him so much pain be so good? “Do you want to come with me?” King Mickey asked, gaining Saros’ attention. “I want to bring you with me, to study to properly wield the keyblade along with other wielders like you.” King Mickey explained, summoning his own keyblade to show him. “I’ll show you how to use this for good, and to control your abilities. Would you accept?” King Mickey asked. Saros’ eyes widened, his mind going a hundred miles per hour. You weren’t a mistake. You weren’t a miscalculation. You were born with a role to fulfill after all. A familiar warmth spread across his body as he held his keyblade close, sniffling as he shook. “Yeah.” Saros said, nodding his head. “Please. Teach me to be what I was chosen to be.” He asked, looking up with the softest of smiles, multiple shadow clones all surrounding him in comfort. He wasn’t a mistake anymore.

I'm going to add a (non Keyblade wielding) character. Btw, does anyone want to play as Roxas? I'd be fine playing him, but I want to see if anyone else wants to. He will appear early (but not too early) in the RP. Remember, he is possessed by Xavier.

Personality: Ina is feisty and headstrong. She can be foolhardy at times, charging into a situation without a second thought. But she balances that tendency out with a quick mind that can improvise a plan quickly and knows how to take advantage of opportunities given her. Energtic and friendly, Ina generally makes friends with anybody she meets. Though she seems straightforward at first, she tends to know more than she lets on. While friendly, she still has some issues of letting people get behind her positive exterior since the death of her family.

 

Bio: An orphan girl from Radiant Garden, Ina was taken in by the Restoration Committee as a messenger and something of a mascot. She spent most of her childhood in the rebuilding world, till her ability to wield a Keyblade was discovered. She was at first taught by Lea in some of the basics before getting taken in by Master Riku. While it took time to adjust to her new life, Riku was an understanding teacher and Ina was able to make friends with two other Keyblade students. Recently, Riku has been trying to get Ina ready for the Mark of Mastery, but she has been less than enthusiastic, not liking tests or feeling like the title actually got her anything. With Sora going missing and Ina already planning on helping out, Riku pronounced that this mission was her Mark of Mastery.

Age: 25

 

Appearance: He wears the iconic black coat and usually has his hood up. With his hood down, he has gray eyes, long black hair, and has a large scar traveling diagonally down his face.

 

Keyblade: Two Become One

 

Other Weapon: N/A

 

Powers (If any): Controls the power of darkness. With the power of his Keyblade, he can transform into a terrifying creature of darkness. Fortunately, this form lasts shortly. He is very skilled in magic as well.

 

Personality: Xavier is the complete opposite of his former master. He is selfish and uncaring. Most of the time, he lets a possessed Roxas do all of his dirty work.

 

Bio: A young man born in Twilight Town who was taken as an apprentice to Master Sora. During his training, Xavier studied the history of the worlds, learning that they all used to be one. He is determined to restore the worlds to one, unfortunately, he believes that he needs to let darkness consume the worlds. This caused Sora to go into hiding, feeling responsible for Xavier's obsession. In an attempt to keep Sora's whereabouts secret, he abducts Roxas and possessed him.

He can dual-wield. He doesn’t know that he have this power, neither how to use it. Because of that, the second keyblade is only summoned involuntary when he’s at a dangerous situation.
 
Personality: 

A young keyblade wielder with a big potential and also a big heart. Although he seems to always be aware of his surroundings and not trust easily in strangers, he’s all about “helping first, questions later”. He can be really brave and put himself in dangerous situations without realizing or caring about himself. Kalm also shows a deep fear towards darkness, being uncomfortable near someone who controls or is aligned to it. 
He's sometimes childish, but hates to be treated like a kid and always want to show his strength so older people will not underestimate him. It’s easy to see that he have a lot of potential as a keyblade wielder, but still have a lot to learn. 
Just as the people of his world, he holds a pure light heart that can easily turn in pure darkness if he’s not careful.

Kalm is from a lineage of keyblade wielders with pure light hearts, warriors who people thought that only existed in fairy tales... It’s a people that lived completely isolated from other worlds and even other wielders in order to avoid any contact with darkness, and things have been this way for hundreds of years. Kalm was being trained to defend his world from darkness since he was very young.
 

However, his world became one of Xavier’s targets. Despite the great effort of the wielders who fought until the very end, a lot of them had their hearts corrupted and the world ended up being completely consumed by darkness.
Kalm also fought in this battle, but being still a kid he couldn't help much. Realizing that the battle would not have a good end, Kalm’s master opened a portal and sent the unconscious boy to another world so he would be safe. After the battle, a little fragment of his master heart joined his heart, giving Kalm the ability of wielding his master keyblade but also causing a temporary memory loss.
 
Kalm is now wandering around without knowing the great tragedy that happened and that his home world now is just a mere keyblade graveyard.

Name: Connor "Spectre" Miles

Age: 17

Appearance: Short pale blonde hair, green eyes, pale skin tone. He wears a stark black with white trimming keyblade looking armor, but in reality it is just 'regular' armor in the sense that it is not tied to a keyblade. It can be summoned/unsummoned thanks to magic, and underneath the armor he wears a white and gold padded long sleeve shirt, black tactical pants with thigh holsters for his weapons and has a utility belt. Completely practical!

Keyblade: None

Other Weapon: SABER-22. Prefers the rifle configuration.

Powers: Immune to lust and the effects of alcohol. Has an acute sense of hearing. Stopra

Personality: Authoritative yet caring, Spectre has to be the level-headed member of the group since he is the leader of the team. Acting as the team 'dad,' he has an atmosphere of confidence and dominance about him. When he isn’t leading the team, he is concerned with their welfare, and this caring, nurturing behavior translates well when interacting with others. He’s down to earth, and very practical in his views and behavior.

Bio: Connor grew up in a normal, loving family on Radiant Garden. He met with and quickly became inseparable friends with Harper first, then Nate and Lucifer shortly after, all before the end of kindergarten. Upon hearing that Nate and Lucifer had no home to go to, he and Harper pledged to adopt one of them and chose Nate. His family happily accepted their newly adopted son, and all were devastated to learn that Nate has the ability to wield a keyblade and will be taken away for special training on one fateful day. Not wanting to be seperated, Connor asked to go along with him, and together they retrieved Harper and Lucifer. He trained alongside Nate and his friends and was noted for his leadership abilities, and focused on it as the years went by. The stress of keeping his friends together and not getting to see his family for long periods of time meant that he had to find ways to cope, which explains his immunity to alcohol. Having survived the rather brutal training regimen from the secretive organization that serves King Mickey, Connor graduated alongside Nate and the others and elected to call his team “Spooky Squad” after Lucifer’s history, wanting to transform his nickname into a point of pride rather than sadness. He took on the role of squad leader and is affectionately called ‘Commander Spectre’ by his friends.

 

Name: Nate "Ghost" Halvard

Age: 17

Appearance: Short white hair, green eyes and pale skin tone. He wears proper keyblade armor, usually without his helmet. Like the others, it is stark black with white trimmings. Underneath the armor he wears a white and blue padded long sleeve shirt, black tactical pants with thigh holsters for his weapons and has a utility belt. Completely practical!

Keyblade: Protector's Oath

Other Weapon: SABER-22. Prefers the shoulder mounted configurations when not using his keyblade.

Powers: Access to keyblade specific abilities, uncanny ability to pilot any vehicles he comes across with a high degree of proficiency. Has an acute sense of smell [for darkness!]

Personality: Nate is actually the timid, shy person of the group, and tends to let Connor do all the talking if possible. Fiercely loyal to his friends, he also knows that being a keyblade wielder and the unique gifts that come with it means he has certain duties to the defense and protection of the light.

Bio: Nate was born on Radiant Garden and was orphaned some time before his first birthday due to unknown reasons. He was picked on a lot by other kids; an easy target since he had no parents compared to the other ‘normal’ kids. It was only when Connor and his family adopted him that he finally started seeing the happier side of life. Having been sensed to being able to wield a keyblade, Nate was selected to train in a secretive organization that serves King Mickey. During training, it was noted that alone, he was considered average with no notable skills or traits. However, with his friends nearby but not contributing to his activities, it was noted that his capabilities equalled and in some areas exceeded the best candidates the organization was also training. Having survived the rather brutal training regimen, Nate graduated alongside his friends and agreed to the squad name, electing to call himself ‘Ghost’ because of having never knowing his parents, he might as well be one.

 

Name: Harper "Spirit" Gleipnir

Age: 17

Appearance: Short white hair, blue eyes and pale skin tone. He wears a stark black with white trimming keyblade looking armor, but in reality it is just 'regular' armor in the sense that it cannot be summoned/unsummoned with magic, and underneath the armor he wears a white and green  padded long sleeve shirt, black tactical pants with thigh holsters for his weapons and has a utility belt. Personality: The smart one of the team, Spirit has a knack of being the understandable, amiable member of the team. As the squad medic and the brains of the group, Spirit acts as the team 'mom,' watching out for the rest of his squadmates by using his vast reserves of knowledge, usually in tandem with Connor. Outside the squad, he’s a total bookworm and naturally curious about the world.

Bio: Harper grew up in a normal, loving family on Radiant Garden. He met with and quickly became inseparable friends with Connor first, then Nate and Lucifer shortly after, all before the end of kindergarten. He wears a stark black with white trimming keyblade looking armor, but in reality it is just 'regular' armor in the sense that it cannot be summoned/unsummoned with magic, and underneath the armor he wears a white and red padded long sleeve shirt, black tactical pants with thigh holsters for his weapons and has a utility belt. Completely practical!

Personality: The scout of the team, Shadow is bubbly and is generally the upbeat, constantly-on-sugar happy spirit of the team. However, underneath the cheerful exterior lies the shattered remains of his heart, having been picked on when he was just a child. It shows every now and then, but thankfully his friends are always there to remind him that they will always be together.

Bio: Lucifer was born on Radiant Garden and was orphaned some time before his first birthday due to unknown reasons. He was picked on a lot by other kids; an easy target since he had no parents compared to the other ‘normal’ kids. It was only when Harper and his family adopted him that he finally started seeing the happier side of life. Not wanting to be separated from his newfound family, he unquestioningly went along with Harper, Connor and Nate to the academy. He trained alongside Nate and his friends and was noted for his athletics and ability to seemingly ‘disappear;’ an unfortunate consequence of constantly running away and hiding from bullies. Having survived the rather brutal training regimen from the secretive organization that serves King Mickey, Lucifer graduated alongside Nate and the others and agreed to Connor’s naming of “Spooky Squad” in attempt to turn around his nickname of ‘Shadow’ when he was younger, acquiring it from bullies that chided that “no one likes you, but you always stay around, like an annoying shadow.”

The Service Arrow Bullpup Energy Rifle is the standard issued Special Operations peculiar Modification weapon system fielded by the Nocturnal Guardian Corps. Powered by energy from the heart [light or dark], the sub-rifle allows the operator to change the weapon to whatever needed to accomplish almost any task. It is because of the weapon's unique ammo type that it has absolutely no recoil. The arrows serve as energy reserves whenever the user decides to reload by charging the weapon with their heart energy. The energy cone in front of the weapon serves as a psudo-barrel for the sub-rifle, as well as an energy bayonet blade capable of cutting through almost all types of materials. The scope is computerized and is configurable by the user to suit whatever they need, with three discrete buttons that can store the user's customized zoom level. The weapon is usually assigned in pairs.

SABER-22: The real life equivalent of an SMG, the sub-rifle is useful when the user needs to throw a lot of magic projectiles downrange really fast. A full charge of the six arrow reserves yields 30 light energy bolts that can be discharged in a matter of seconds. The single scope is capable of providing up to 17x for magnification, with the default magnification being 1x red-dot sight.

Below Drawing: Arrow Rifle: Combining two sub-rifles creates the rifle. All arrow charges are accessed by both sub-rifles, creating a powerful tool of destruction. The rifle can be configured to the following variations by a simple flick of the wrist; the movement determines the weapon beam type and power behind the attack. 

SABER-22RC: Rifle Shot Configuration. Flicking the rifle off to the side configures the weapon into the assault rifle configuration. The rifle executes its namesake, combining the twelve arrow charge reserves into a link-fire system so the weapon can fire 12 standard energy bolts. The combined computerized scopes are capable of giving up to 34x magnification, with the default being 4x.

SABER-22SC: Sniper Shot Configuration. Pulling the rifle into the user's shoulders and then thrusting it back to the forward position [akin to the reloading action of a bolt-action system] will configure the weapon into the sniper configuration. All twelve arrow charges are accessed and discharged at once, allowing the weapon to fire off a single, powerful, anti-materiel capable heavy energy bolt. The combined computerized scopes are capable of giving up to 34x magnification, with the default being 8x.

SABER-22SSC: Scatter Shot Configuration. Swinging the rifle up while pushing the rear forward, then bringing the weapon back to level position will configure the weapon into the shotgun configuration. All twelve arrow charges are accessed in link-fire, with each charge capable of yielding up to 10 energy bolt 'fragments,' turning the weapon into a powerful, semi-auto CQC weapon. The combined computerized scopes are capable of giving up to 34x magnification, with the default being 1x red-dot sight.

The weapon can also serve as a shoulder-mounted weapon system, however the primary drawback is the sheer amount of heart energy needed to fuel the bolts fired by it. Accuracy is still maintained thanks to the design of the center-justified buttstock now turned shoulder platform for the user. Severe exhaustion is the norm after using the rifle in this configuration, and it is not uncommon for users to enter a comatose state after prolonged usage of the following configurations.

SABER-22DEC: Directed Energy Configuration. Nicknamed "beamo," "deck," or "daddy's laser pointer," holding the forward trigger grip of the weapon and having the rifle resting on the user's shoulders, pulling back on the forward grip until most of the weapon is behind the user, raising the forward barrel up, pulling almost vertically downward, then quickly pulling it back up followed by bringing the weapon back forward and leveling the weapon with the user's face configures the weapon into the Laser system. The weapon circumvents the arrow charge reservoirs and instead directly links to the user's heart via their trigger finger, tapping in to the raw heart energy of the user. So long as the trigger is pulled and the user has enough heart energy to fuel the attack, the weapon fires off an obvious, continuous and immensely powerful energy beam that is capable of decimating vehicles.

SABER-22PSS: Projected Singularity System. Affectionately nicknamed "piss mode," "moneyshot," or "thunderhead," reloading the weapon just like the DEC, with the main difference being bracing the barrel above the forward grip with their other hand, will configure the weapon into this highly devastating mode. The weapon circumvents the arrow charge reservoirs and instead directly links to the user's heart via their trigger finger and bracing hand, tapping in to the raw heart energy of the user. When the trigger is pulled, the weapon starts by firing a weak, faint, continuous energy beam that will quickly focus and narrow in width. After 1.8 seconds, the weapon draws in a huge amount of energy from the user and creates a singularity that explodes outward at the end of the beam. The resulting shockwave obliterates everything in its radius. Users who use this configuration are guaranteed to be rendered unconscious for a moderate period of time; there are no reports of anyone being combat-capable immediately after using such an attack.

SABER-22SRFS: Suppression Rapid-Fire System. Nicknamed "surfing" or more affectionately "His Majesty's Buzzsaw," holding the forward trigger grip of the weapon and having the rifle resting on the user's shoulders, outstretching their arm to the side, quickly pulling the arm in towards the body, bringing it back out, then swinging the weapon back until it is level with the user's face configures the weapon into the Rapid-Fire System. Again, the weapon circumvents the arrow charge reservoirs and instead directly links to the user's heart via their trigger finger, tapping in to the raw heart energy of the user. This transforms the weapon into a shoulder-mounted minigun. So long as the trigger is pulled, the weapon will shoot out a flurry of small light energy bolts at a rate of up to 800 RPM. The primary advantage to this configuration is the more easily controlled energy consumption experienced by the user.
