These things on the bottom screen. What are they called?

 

(And can I see them in a Limit with Sora and Neku?)

Yep the pic is not working

They are the Noise, enemies that the Reapers control. Kind of like the Heartless for TWEWY. They feed on people's darkness too, I think.

Ah, so that's what those things are called, huh? They look pretty cool, I like their design!

The Noise would be in poor choice as a limit between the two, as Neku fights them off in TWEWY. 

They also don't feed on people's darkness, they're basically tools for the Reapers to kill the Players who either don't meet their objective or fail to gain a partner.
