How do you think Union Cross and Kingdom Hearts III will connect?

Out of all the listed options, I'm pretty sure the box is the most logical. After all, it was confirmed back in March 2017 that its contents will be revealed in KH3 (I still say it's the Key to Return Hearts).

I think that Kingdom Hearts: Union X(cross) and Kingdom Hearts 3 will connect the story is the Foretellers have discovered that Luxu's black box.

 

And I really want to see another new trailer for Kingdom Hearts 3, starting tomorrow in Kingdom Hearts: Union X(cross) fan event before E3 2018 is getting started on June 2018. Got it?

It will be because of the Book of Prophecies as the primary connection and the box of Luxu as a secondary connection. Book it.

Well, I'm gonna cross the checklist on the one thing that Nomura delved into a while back, and it's regarding the Box that Luxu carries with him at the end of X Back Cover. The Box will play a key role in Kingdom Hearts III, and that's made more apparent by Pete and Maleficent's desire to find it, hence their search for it!

 

And well, I think that pretty much everything else in the list is also viable, especially the Book Of Prophecies coming into play and the return of both Luxu and the Master Of Masters happening! I don't think we'll see the Dandelions in present time, unless it's the new Union Leaders, which would bring full circle Marluxia and Ventus's overall involvement in the KH series that would tie the events of X and III together!

 

But yeah, pretty much everything on this list is on point for important aspects carrying over into Kingdom Hearts III!

well we know malefecient and pete are looking for the box and the book of prophecies so id think both would be important  

I dont think we'll see any big connections between the 2. Because the way i see it, Union Cross is at its "Chain of Memories" stage. What i mean is that Union Cross will be the bridge between Kingdom hearts 3 and kingdom hearts 4. Also meaning that the story wont heavily involve KH3. But of course there will be some small snippets in kh3. Like maybe Marluxa in th Kingdom of Corona makes some sort of hint to Sora that he knows Ventus or something along those lines or Aleus (Lexeaus) admits that he met a strange individual years ago that told him to watch over Ienzo. (Cuz if you read the 358 secret reports, one states that Lexaues trusts Zexion over everyone else so that could mean 2 things. He knew Ienzo beforehand OR someone told him to stand by and watch Ienzo. That someone being Brain which is Ienzo's father.) Though other thn that, I doubt we'll be seeing anything extremely big in KH3. Only things that'll hint towards the future of the series. Of course, the Secret boss(es) and Secret ending will attest to this as well.

Yeah, well, we'll have to keep our eyes extra peeled for whatever connection there ends up being between the two games besides the more obvious points. Nomura loves to expand upon the KH lore, so I'm sure there's gonna be an important detail of which I'm sure that he'll discuss at the Dandelion Meeting taking place currently!
