In the secret ending of Re:coded it revealed that Master xehanort has returned because destroying both of his heartless and nobody. But after i read this i thought maybe the original personas of the organization XIII may return after killing their heartless. In Re:coded it reveals that Axel is connected to sora. Maybe Sora needs to find Lea's(Axel's original persona) heartless to resurrect Lea once again. If these who haven't watch the video of Master Xenahort's return here it is:

Yeah, Nomura confirmed a while ago that Lea and Braig would return, since they're so important. The others, I dunno; it would make some sense if they did, but I doubt that they would have very important roles. Pretty much just cameos to show that they've got their hearts, and their lives, back.

 

And Master Xehanort isn't the one that's going to return (at least not immediately), Terra-Xehanort's the one that's going to be revived, since Xemnas and "Ansem" were his Nobody and Heartless. After he does revive, then I can see Sora saving Terra from Xehanort by splitting them in half somehow; this would revive Master Xehanort.

I think that is likely, but not all of them will return. Here's who I think will return.

 

Xemans- no duh, he's Xehanort, after all

Xigbar- He has a lot to do with Xehanort, so it seems likely (even though I fail the first time I battle him each game)

Xaldin- maybe. I doubt it, though.

Vexen- I certainly hope not.

Lexaeus- same as xaldin

Zexion- He'll return for the fangirls. Nomura nearly killed off Axel earlier in the series, but his workers loved him so much he lived to help sora. Why not do the same for Zexion

Saix- maybe, but its not likely

Axel- See my Zexion argument

Demyx- I don't see what part he'd have in the plot, but maybe.

Luxord- Not likely

Marluxia- Not likely

Larxene- Not likely

Roxas- Sora

Xion- She said that she'd see Roxas again, so there's some possibility.

*gasp*! Really? that'd be so cool! I haven't seen the Re:Coded secret ending yet(trying not to spoli it..) so I have no clue whats going on and what not...But I'd love to see the org.xiii somebodies again:D I was so happy we got to see them in BBS(1-8 anyways). I know Leas(probably) coming back(<3) and as for Master Xehanort...He pretty much has to come back:p. 2-6 have a good/half chance of popping up...But I wouldn't hold your breath bout the others

+In KH3D, he thinks that the atmosphere will change quite completely. The number of new worlds increases a fair amount too, and it is one turning point on the lead-up to KHIII, which should be coming.

Xemans- OBIOUSLEE HEZ COMING BACK

Xigbar- He's an important character in BBS and KH2. It's very likely he'll come back.

Xaldin- The castle doesn't need him as a guard anymore.

Vexen- Probably not cuz 1)His Japanese Seiyuu/VA passed away. 2)What's he gonna come back for?

Lexaeus- Same as Xaldin.

Zexion- He's one of those apprentices right? I doubt he'll comeback though

Saix- He gonna be with Lea then? <3

Axel- I hope he has longer hair if he comes back to life

Demyx- We all love him so much, so they should make him appear for...5 seconds without a speaking line That's enough for me <3

Luxord- Maybe *JUST MAYBE* he's connected to the Unknown/Mysterious Figure

Marluxia- He's gonna be a gardener fufufu

Larxene- Why would she even come back anyway? To dance and flirt with guys in some random pub you can go in?

Roxas- He fused with Sora didn't he? Unless Nomura finds some excuse about Nobodies are able to come out without their Other being a heatless But I guess this is impossible...

Xion- She's just memories, so she's just gonna stay in Sora's brain lol
