I'm surprised there wasn't a specific thread for this, but it's about the new world for Union Cross and summon for KH3. At first it seemed tricky, but it's actually quite the small list. The two things we know are:

-KH3 summons are characters Sora has already formed a bond with.
-The new Union X world is a Disney world that has yet to be in the series (and won't be in KH3).

To the best of my recollection, these are the only Disney characters, that Sora is friends with, and haven't had their world shown:
-Pongo, Perdita, and Dalmatians (101 Dalmatians)
-Merlin (The Sword and the Stone)
-Bambi (Bambi)
-Dumbo (Dumbo)
-Chicken Little (Chicken Little)

Based on this list, my bet is Merlin as the summon. He's not MY 1st pick for a summon, but his world seems to be the only one that fits the best with the overall feeling of Union X (old and fairy tale-ish).

Who do you all think it is? Is there someone I forgot?

Well the only flaw I see with this theory is that Sora doesn't neccessarily needs to have met them of made a bond with to make a summon, as you yourself noted Chicken Little for example was a summon in KHII but Sora had never actually met him before, the charm made him appear there, same thing happened in KH, it was Sora's first journey, therefore he had never met any of the summons before except for Genie and Tinker Bell, therefore the possibilities for other characters remain open and unclear. There's no potential evidence as to how they'll manage the idea of summons in KHIII (unless there's a Nomura statement where he confirmed the summons will be as you stablished and that I might have missed), if that's the case then your theory is quite acceptable.

Actually, Sora doesn't need to have met someone for a summon to happen. Almost all the summons in KHI were characters Sora didn't know, same for some in KHII!

 

So then, I'm really not sure what could be the new world for Union X. But seeing as how each world has fit with the whole "fairy tale" aesthetic, maybe the next world revealed would be related to a fairy tale-esque movie? Maybe The Sword In The Stone, or The Black Cauldron?

 

If it's Sword In The Stone, maybe the summon will be Arthur, but I wouldn't know about The Black Cauldron, since I haven't seen that film, ya know?

If it's a World that we never seen before Then it's Got to be Either The Sword in the Stone or Moana but if isn't either of those worlds then Bambi or Dumbo.

Nomura said back at D23 in February (with the Ariel reveal) that the Summon Links will be people Sora has met on his journey already on his journey. In other words, Sora is not going to find a random summon gem/charm on the ground and it's Pocahontas. He needs to have formed bond with them, thus the word Summon Link.

 

The ONLY way around this would be if Sora meets this character in KH3 (like meeting Pocahontas in Twilight Town forest or something) and then her world is in Union X. But that seems pretty cheap for Nomura to tease us in this way.

You have to keep in mind that links might not work the same as in BBS.
