Which Keyblade From Which KH Game Do You Want

Posted

I was thinking about it.   Which keyblade and from which Kingdom Hearts games would you want and for what reasoning?  Which one do you despise with a passion and why?  If you were given the opportunity to dual wield your favorite keyblade and your worst and most detested keyblade, what would you do?

I do love the Frolic Flame and Bond of Flame keyblades; you can probably figure out why. However, if I were to pick my genuine favourite it would probably be Ventus' Wayward Wind. I just love the design of that keyblade and the way it's wielded backhanded is just so cool!

As for my least favourite keyblade, that's a tough call. I can't stand the Lionheart just because its design is so lazy. The Metal Chocobo is a keyblade version of CLoud's buster sword, and it's awesome. SO for the Lionheart, you would think they'd make a keyblade version of Squall's gunblade, right? WRONG. They just took a metal bar and slapped a lion's head accessory on the end. Ugh! There are a few others that I don't like too, but this one just completely irks me.

If I had the chance to dual wield these two, I totally would. As much as I despise the Lionheart, it's still a keyblade, and the keyblade is awesome!

My personal favorites are Oathkeeper, Oblivion, and Destiny's Embrace, but I feel like the very last of the three is the best of them. Oathkeeper is nice(and is where most of my game accounts got their names), and Oblivion's nice and dark to counteract it, but I actually own Destiny's Embrace, and it's really good. A nice, complex design, counteracted with the lovely colors that most certainly suit both wielders.

My least favorite is probably either Fatal Crest or Wishing Star. Fatal Crest just looks like they were trying too hard to make it 'cool,' but Wishing Star is just.... bleugh.

So the best/worst in my book are Destiny's Embrace and Wishing Star. So much for my aesthetic. But Allwil13 is right-- a Keyblade is a Keyblade, however bad it is.

Each keyblade has its weakness and its strength.  I like Two Becomes One and my least favorite one is the one from Land of Dragons.  Something about the Land of Dragons just screams incompetence.  If I had to use it and another keyblade, I would make sure that the other keyblade probably Two Becomes One or Starseeker  makes up for the flaws.

Fairy Stars from KHUX because.... It's super cute.....

I just really like Braveheart and Two Become One, just because of the designs. I like the simplicity of these Keyblades. I also like the Foretellers' keyblades. They're really cool, especially the unicornis and leopardis ones. I dislike most of the keyblades from KHDDD.

One of my most recent favorites is End Of Pain, because it has a beast design, and I like that it has the eye of the Master Of Masters! As for least favorite, probably Lady Luck. I don't like its design too much.

For dual wielding, I'd go with the badass Pirates keyblade from KHIII and for one of the least favorites, maybe Unbound? Cuz I don't really like that one's design all that much.

Destiny's Embrace and Oathkeeper, as well as Oblivion. I love the whole aesthetic of these keyblades. I also like Master Keeper, Lost Memory, End of Pain and Void Gear
