They're not familiar with the system

That's their own fault for sticking with command deck

We only have three command deck games and only two made by osaka

Ironically the one not made by them is the best

They were also working with UE4.. good engine,yes,and very user friendly

But still had to learn it

i hope they stick to ue4

You say that like no other dev team has ever had to learn an engine

it was really the teams take on the KH formula, and while it worked for games designed to be played in small increments, it lacks substance for a console game designed for long play times.

I don't mean it like that actually. But guess what... most teams spend years with their new engine and new combat

yeah re coded command deck was great

That's why they're both good

Usually when a team has to learn an engine and a different combat system,they spend way longer than 4-ish years than KH3 got

Days is a very repetitive game and I don't go back to it as much as recoded

It is, you have to like it to get past that

Combat is not that bad tho

its bosses are some of the worst in the series

I applaud it for having command menu at least

re coded could have been so good with another story and without reusing old worlds

It's bosses are awful except for Xion

Yeah hands idea of difficulty was stick a loada HP bars

Oof and the dog heartless

its backpack idea of leveling up and item management was so muddled

as a game its the worst KH game to me.

Tbf I don't think they could fit the whole ability/item system from 2 onto a DS game

imo one of the things Osaka did very good is air step.
