The new tomb raider is trying to be alot more realistic and gritty, thats why I dont think its the same. Also theres all these survival elements they have brought in because Lara had to become a survivalist to develop into the person she was in TR1

Old TR is very much like Indiana Jones the video game. In terms of the character, the ridiculous plot, the action, the villains.

Which isnt surprising considering Lara was originally meant to have a whip and everything before they realised it was basically becoming the same thing

To me, DQ11 is easily in my top 5 favorite games of all time! It was such an amazing journey! I loved every minute of it! The only downside for me was the music for the NA version was midi, which honestly I liked for the nostalgic vibe it gave off! BUT the switch version is having the fully orchestrated soundtrack and I am so hyped!
