its all build up for the next games mostly which ya... oof

I think one of the biggest issues of the "bleh"ness is that when we had original story moments, like Riku in radiant garden, it's stuff the fans already know

a lot was build up for next games aka the box, keyblade legacy scene and others

I think KH3's saving grace is the good trio interactions in the end game. But otherwise its very airheaded

I feel like a lot of people say that "well of course we have foreshadowing" sure, but if out of the few original story moments we get, half is foreshadowing and the other is backsposition, people will feel underwhelmed

I understand this, but tbh I can forgive it for KH if we at least got some nice character arcs

The thing about KH3: this was the prime time for character development and worldbuilding because we had a very simple story, save all the peeps
