The issues you have with them isn't on the Osaka team but the ones above. Disney would still be on their asses if it was the Tokyo team and the meddlings would still be there. Story stuff would still not be what you wanted from it and so on.

Gameplay would most likely be a bit different but that's about it

Something that does as much justice as it can to three things:
Original worlds
Original cast
Emotive (not necessarily good) storytelling

And for the last one I count things like ff and twewy under it

And all those stuff, minus the emotive which I agree another team should have taken, would still have issues if it was another team.
