Corona does have some few alternate areas you can explore but usually nothing of worth comes from it except a chest

Equipment actually has a lot of importance in the game so I think it would've been cool to put some of those in chests in order to make them more rewarding

KH1 didn't have equipment in chests either, but at least it had Gummi parts

I do recall a fair amount of chests in this game giving equipment idk

Maybe I'm remembering it wrong?

You get equipment from other sources, however

Lucky emblems are basically chests if you know the locations

Basically

The Mickey Pedant you get with all 80 emblems is pog

You can cast magic until your MP runs out without triggering a finisher and the subsequent cooldown

On Crit it's not that useful since your MP bar is small, but on Proud I bet it's awesome to use

Bit of a problem with crit is that those magic accessories aren't all that valuable
