I want FF chars to remain as mentors to the KH chars as they did in KH1 tbh
have Lightning teach Kairi or have Leon and Cloud remind sora the dangers of power and journeys and so on

FF characters being there at all would be fun

But if you're going to treat them as background props that have a line or two every once in a while, them don't bother.

it'd be different but i dont think many would have hated that change

KH3 was the last game of the Dark Seeket saga. It should have had those characters, but it didn't until it was too late and even then it was too little (even if it made most people happy).

Now it's the time for a new saga, so let new characters shine and treat them better than you treated the FF ones.
