From there,they're promoted

If it mentions "they're the lowest rank"

I'd imagine that's how they all usually start

That implies they can "rank up" or "be promoted"

The strength of their heart when they are "killed" and the next thing is what class they likely fit into among the higher ups

Since the special nobodies are in the image of the org members

Maybe each of them promoted thier own Dusks?

I like to imagine that Xemnas created classes for each to represent their superiors
