I’ve been a mod and admin on a Discord server, the worse part is when the staff is disagreeing.

I feel like the constant pressure from community members to do things staff won't agree to is the worst part

I'm a Mod on a bigger Twitch channel and so far 2-4 people have harassed me on Twitter (I have honestly no firetrucking idea how they found my twitter ) because I permanently banned them on the Twitch channels
