Unfortunately I don't think I can watch that movie...lol

I was super excited at first but now..

Curious, why not?

My best friend told me not to watch it cause she watched it a couple days ago with her brothers and she couldn't handle it. It was way too real for her. She said it was beautifully directed but they overdid it big time

She said she even cried at one scene (which she never cries during a movie)

So if she cried and wanted to leave the theater

I sure as hell know that I definitely cannot handle it

She couldn't sleep until 4 am

That's how bad it was for her

I even saw Aquaberry's tweet awhile ago

Huh, curious what scene she cried on. It's definitely a heavy movie to watch tho

Yeah my friend was like "Steph...you of all people should not watch this movie" and I was like "o-o-okay "

And yet some people are bringing their kids along to it

"It's a comic book movie so it must be kid friendly"

Nothing says "Quality family time" like watching society push a man to his breaking point

I'm not gonna watch it because it sounds too depressing and that's the last thing I want

I mean joker does have a lot of "we live in a society" stuff going on so yeah i wouldnt watch it.

Although thats been his whole character in the DC movies.

At least with other movies and media with joker it's more fantastical classic comic booky
