I liked elements of the wayne stuff but not all of it

none of it might have been real.

 

 

True you have to wonder how much of it was real but they did make a few things quite clear and I like to think that's what they intended to be not real

 

this film wasnt really joker because you could literally have this with any clown thats how generic it was

Its more of a character study then trying to be joker

The director already said it wasn't going to be, so it's not really anything new

He just wanted to tell his own version of Joker

Which is a good one

Especially with Joaquin's performance

its taxi driver meet clockwork orange meet king of comedy with joker slapped on it

all three has the unreliable narrator tropes

I dont think the character was badly handled at all

I think the connections were

its more of a slow burn but in the middle of it show the turn

I think there was a good pay off and I liked the build up of tension

You could feel them moments where he exploded

 

then by the end it was just joker for like 5 mins

Only one for me was the woman in the building, but that one made sense at the end
