What makes me a bit weary of the prospect is that lately most Sonic OSTs have been full of energy, very fast paced and upbeat

But SA1's OST is very atmospheric

So if they remix the whole soundtrack, I expect the two styles to clash a bit

And a lot of levels had a couple different themes

A hell of a lot of work went into the ost

Yeah, that's the name

Yeah, SA1 OST is very pog

And they weren't afraid of taking liberties and making it sound weird at times

HERE I COME ROUGHER THAN THE REST OF THEM

Like Red Mountain theme with the human barking at the beginning

Which is offset by the saxiest saxy sax, of course

I'm not knocking new sonic osts, they're still pretty good

They are, definitely

Forces was hit and miss though

But I definitely feel like that the reason SA1 felt more atmospheric was because it had a hub etc

I wasn't much of a fan of TSR's OST either

Although the Sand level theme was pretty amazing

So, moving from mystic jungle to a stage in that area would of course be a more natural transisition if you see what i mean

Sand Ocean? I think that's a level in SA2. Sand Temple? Nah

Rather than just flipping from green Hill to a city
