It just has bad pacing at times

thunder guy is annoying but i honestly barely remember it

all i recall is nami being damsel i think

G8 was hands down my favorite filler arc in any anime

Sadly even pre time skip had bad pacing spots

Yeah, G8 is amazing

Skypiea is much more enjoyable in the manga

Because the pacing is great

I liked the Ice one, despite it being kinda just there

Oh, Lovely Land was good

I quite liked it

The devil fruits in that arc were pretty creative

like the magnetic twins

The setting was so different than anything before it, it really made it stand out

And it was more of like an iceberg island which made it really neat

Christmas songs in my head

Where do you even listen to Christmas songs from? The radio?

I ask because I never hear them.

There's a stupid local Christmas song from the local TV network, but it sucks so bad it doesn't even stick on your head.

The rythm is terrible and the lyrics are unintelligible.

Hmm my sister is practicing singing some for a thing for her Uni course, the group going to the hospital to sing some Christmas songs

I guess I get that too, I will still be in the mood come most of December but not every year does feel more subdued than last

Family members still live nearby for now but who knows in the future, especially with my sister starting her own family with the nephew etc, things kinda drift apart
