The sequel trilogy was not planned and it shows

Force Awakens was an ok start with JJ setting up plot points only for Rian to destroy them in the next movie.

did you see the interview when someone asked him what he thought of that?

And then many parade around saying that the movie was just "subversive"

When in fact it was a dead end of plots and ideas

I do remember people making a hub wub about Daisy Ridley saying she "cried of happiness" when JJ returned for Episode IX because it "brought a sense of stability"

So that was fun

TFA was fine, TLJ was kinda bad and I think RoS will be even worse

JJ is playing it up as "the conclusion to a story 40 years in the making" and I hate it.

It's so transparent and awful

He's not saying that the sequel trilogy was always planned, of course not.

i still don't like it

But saying that it's the conclusion to 40 years of story comes across as ignoring the fact that it was concluded already

And then it was sloppily given continuation only to kill our favorite characters

While coming up with characters that make no sense inside of a story that makes no sense.
