well the guy before smith uh i forgot the name but he was the shortest dr who for a year? all i can recall of him is the doctor dances and that guy showed that doctor who is meant to be dull or something unless something excite them

Tom Baker too, he did his best work when he had one (female) costar. Harry sullivan episodes are slightly more odd
