My cousin had a problem with his eyes where it hurt just to look, turns out the prescription on his glasses were completely wrong and that's what caused it

It's my eyelids and under my eyes, the skin gets really dry, looks dark and sometimes itchy or sore

I tried some allergy eye drops before but they didn't solve anything

I gotta see the doctor and just find out what it is properly, because idk if it's a skin condition around the area, or an allergy thing etc
