how does no one see superman as clark kent
because his face isn't covered, he just wears glasses

It's explained in the comics.

His glasses are special glasses that work w/ a power of his that isn't highlighted, which would be his hypnotic ability to keep people from making that distinction.

Apparently, he also has some telepathic capabilities.
