This is coming out like 4 years after it's release

Yay for no exclusives

Exclusives is what keeps competition being made

microsoft already said they want to kill exclusivity. I hope sony follows them

I don't agree with that decision

I want them to make exclusives

Give me an actual reason to buy their consoles

Different OS design, different performances, different online subscription pricing, etc

I mean there are more things that can give you an competitive advantage over your competitors imo. Like the switch does

Of course it is, but the main point of the consoles is what games they put out

The Switch literally has no competitor (sadly)

Switch is a whole different console, but it still gives you a wide variety of games exclusive to it

since Nintendo are the only one trying to make handheld consoles

imo consoles should be different in terms of hardware, design and idea, but please make the games available to everyone :linkusBlank:

If they give those games away, then they lose their main selling point

I kind of always seen the PlayStation and Xbox as basically the same thing anyway

The great thing about exclusives is companies being able to make games they want to make, at least from what Sony has done

If the switch would have better hardware (joy cons are garbage) and a better online mode, it would easily be a very good console

A great example on this is the director of God of War

He wanted to make the one-shot thing that God of War did on Tomb Raider, but he wasn't allowed

Sony gave him the chance because of it

These are the kind of stuff exclusives thrives on

That's not to say they should stay exclusive

What Horizon is doing is great, release it on other platforms later

One thing that sucks with the Switch is the fact it can only output 1080p

You know, I think a PS exclusive getting ported to PC is not the same as a PS exclusive getting ported to Xbox
